Geez, there is NOTHING good on TV right now. I can either watch Seed of Chucky, or I can watch The Birdcage for about the millionth time, or I can watch a totally contrived Capturing Bigfoot. Man, I'm tired of seeing people running screaming through the forest being filmed by those over-the-shoulder cams.

I know that pain. I was wanting to watch other Christmas specials but there is literally none on today. Not even Rudolph. At least the gf has a ton of them on DVD to watch. :)

@blackwolf_2009 Remember that song, 57 Channels and Nothing On? I would LOVE to see an intelligent Bigfoot show with people in a helicopter with night vision and a sharpshooter with a tranq gun loaded with whatever it would take to bring down a full size gorilla.

I only got like.... 6 that come in good and nothing. :/ It's amazing you can have 100s of channels and NOTHING good at all to watch. Says something about the quality of TV lately....

Have you tried maybe YouTube or Hulu to see if you can find anything good to watch there?

@blackwolf_2009 I mostly watch music videos on Youtube, though I do like to watch craft videos.

I hover around like 3 let's play channels and some music. -lol- Nice to turn one on and let it play in the background to add some noise.

I actually made a point of scoping out all the specials and new movies over the last two weeks and recorded them on my pvr...now all I have to worry about is all those extra calories as I nibble and watch! LOL :)

@blackwolf_2009 Yeah I know, tell me about it. Right now almost all of my shows are on a mini hiatus til mid January. Kinda frustrating because after the winter finale of Grimm I'm really looking forward to finding out what happens next with the big uprising plot they have going on. Plus, very few of the holiday specials that are on TV these days really interest me much. At least while I'm at my parents' house I can catch up on old episodes of The X-Files on netflix. I also just got seasons 2-4 of Homeland on dvd with an amazon gift card from my work, so I'll be able to watch that to fill in the gaps.

Yeah. I also got Reba to watch. -lol- Absolutely love that show! Shame it got canceled after 6 seasons. I never really did get into Grimm. I seen a few bits of it but never gave it a full try yet.

@blackwolf_2009 It's a pretty good show once you get into it. Once you get past the first few episodes it's quite interesting and engaging, I think it took me a little while before I was really engaged in it. But the last few seasons have been pretty good. Another good show that I really love is Orphan Black, but that won't be back til summer.

@blackwolf_2009 I suppose you're right but trusting things to go smoothly is getting difficult for me after the https thing. Our information was totally secure before, why fix it if it aint broke? Since the server switch it doesn't help that the number of white pages and the insufferable lag has tripled for me. But what choice is there other then hope for the best unless I want to spend several days asking people to count how many things they got from me.

(and ) Im waiting for the new Finding Bigfoot with bated breath, that's the only team I like, lol As for today, I have the "Scrooge" with the guy from StarWars next generation who's name escapes me at the moment recorded, love that guy, and "Scrooged" with Bill Murray but I see Nica is setting up the table for a round of connect four so I think I'm about to embark on another journey to the ranks of "You got beat by a 6 year old". She's really good at that game.

Im fine, I just have to do drops every few hours, keep an eye on my blood sugars which is what any diabetic has to do every day and make sure there's no fever developing. No headache, no dizzyness, nothing wrong then an odd sensation that feels like I'm talking into a wrapping paper tube now and again and realizing I didn't know how to use a q-tip. Or not use one, depending on how you look at things.

The only issue I had was the kids being TOO good last night, it's Christmas after all! Yesterday I couldn't help but notice my normally jubilant grands walked quietly down the hall, looked longingly into the kitchen, being as quiet as they could. I'd just done the drops thing and when my 15 minutes was up I called them into the living room and asked what was going on. They thought I was really sick and would have to go home if they got too loud! I set the record straight right quick and told them if they didn't start raiding the snack table I was going to eat all the pickle wraps and hide the cookie trays, lol! They were laughing and causing a ruckus in no time flat - worked like a charm!

Probably because the https is even more secure. I'd rather have more protection really. shrugs I haven't had that much of a issue besides when the website really gets over loaded. Maybe you should clear your history and cache if you haven't done so? Everything should be fine really. They said they still have all the info there for the gifts so they more than likely can get to it and fix it on all trees.

Around my house it's mostly the kitties who cause the ruckus as neither me or any of my siblings have kids yet (not counting the ones I watch all-day for work). We put cute ribbons on our kitties this year (which they absolutely hate), but they look so adorable wearing them.
