, it means you Saggitarius thinks you do not have enough sp's to play his quests, but Sarah will welcome you. When you can play Saggy, Sarah will send you away.

But she tells me i have to much! i dont get it.

Sarah is a quest for starting players with above-average rewards to help new users get used to questing, and give them spending sP!

I think that means you don't have enough sP on hand, as in out of the bank
