Hate cooking on electric stoves. The problem was my stove was 35 years old and had the old gas ignition - the new stove has an electric ignition. Huge difference - now it is illegal to sell the old style stove and they have not been sold for years. Had to pay $25 to the city for a permit for them to change the ignition type and an inspector will come in a couple of weeks to check it out.

I dont know where else to find it, but at a middle eastern store, and it was called a falafel mix that I fry.
