You can spread it on crackers or eat it like a dip. But with the falafel patties that your can kind of crumble them and mix with the hummus. Or make like a sandwich on the tortilla or pita just spread the hummus and crumble the falafel a bit, makes it good sandwich for lunch or even breakfast.
