June or July tends to be the hottest, although we are supposed to be in the 80's this weekend (Fahrenheit!) and we've been consistently in the 70's for a week :-) And hopefully San Diego, or wherever my future profession will take me.
I'm so sorry I poofed, I was doing drill quests, and now I'm off to doing all of the rest.
the pilot thing sounds amazing! but I'm sure it's a lot of hard work to study for it.
It's no problem! ^^ Questing is really time consuming! It is hard to study for my license, and I might not be able to finish it through my high school, unfortunately :-(
[edit] I pinged the wrong person ;-;
it is! then again I'm thinking, it's only about an hour and without questing and I can't get wishlist items so I'm forced to do them. still, it's amazing that you started so early to study for it! I'm sure you'll be able to get it even if it is after finishing high school!
speaking of the weather it just got super dark outside and it's raining heavily! what happened to my summer? :(
and I agree, melting hot is horrible too, or too humid like it's in Japan
I know! I always end up doing them, even when I'm super tired. And yeah, it definitely is. The nice thing is that if I join an organization for flying, I will be able to find scholarships to pay for lessons ^^ It'll probably be fairly hot where I end up, because I'll be chasing oil (and I refuse to do it in Alaska lol!)
yep, same here! I recently calculated how many items I still need/want and since there are over 1300 items I need to do some questing! oh, that's really great that they'll do that! I assume they will pay for college as well?
Oh goodness! I'm still building up my sP. I haven't really touched finding items I want because o know there's going to be a bunch! And they might, but it's mainly just flying, because it's a flying organization for women. :-) But hopefully college is all paid for! And do you live in Japan? Or have you visited?
I actually looked through ALL wearables because well, I love clothes and that's what I collect, so I hopefully my wishlist won't grow that much xD anything in particular you are saving for? ah, I see. that still sounds pretty awesome though! are there a lot of women doing this program? I used to live in Japan. ;) well, I lived there for a semester 3 years ago and I loved and I plan on going back there once I graduate :)
I'm from Austria, tiny tiny place in Europe. nothing exciting happening here at all....well except for the biggest music festival in the world taking place here next week.
I've yet to do that, haha. Wearables are what I am planning on collecting, as well. And it's an international group, the Ninety-Nines. When you join, you meet a lot of women in aviation and you can make friends with planes who would be willing to fly around with you. It's pretty cool. And some women offer to help you with the cost of getting your license. :-) Oh that is really cool! Was that during a school semester? I've heard of Austria ^^ I hope to be able to go there one day!
wearables are awesome <3 are you planning on collect for the 15k wardrobe achievement? that sounds amazing! I'm so glad a program like that exists :) it was actually during college :D I'm almost done I just need to write my thesis and I'll have my masters. ^^
it's actually really pretty here and if you like classical music at all, I'm sure it's a great place to vist.
I think it just started hailing :o
That's the goal! Plus I just think they look awesome. Especially the custom ones, but I'm pretty sure I'm going after those much later xP Oh, that's really awesome! I think I might try that during college myself. What are you getting your masters in? Congrats on being so close!! Austria sounds really relaxing tbh. I listen to classical when I'm stressed. I wish it would hail here ;-; Are the stones big?
don't go after the custom ones! first of all: they don't count towards that achievement and also: once you are down that route you can't go back it seems ;) if you need help with the achievement let me know! I have recently reached 15k as well so I have a few cheap items I don't need and I know some tricks to get stuff easier. (e.g. by using subetalodge <3) studying abroad is amazing! you should certainly give it a try if you have the chance to do so :) I'm an English and Computer Science major studying to be a teacher. here, you need to have two subjects in order to be a teacher. I'll be teaching middle school and high school.
they are about pea size I think, not that big. also: believe me you don't want it to hail, it's horrible!
Oh no! I guess I'll just keep looking lol. Better not get sucked into that x] Oh, thank you! I'll most likely take you up on that tbh. Is SubetaLodge that item website people talk about? I'm definitely going to look into studying abroad. Hopefully my school will offer it (I'm pretty sure they do, but I haven't checked for myself yet). That's awesome! It sounds like you'll be very busy! I think it's hailed maybe once in my entirety of living here, and they were just the size of quarters. But hail can really damage stuff, right?
yep, that's the site. you should certain sign up there because it just makes everything easier! well, I know some house got destroyed because of hail but then again, those were like tennis ball size. "normal" hail aka the one we had here usually is just bad for plants but doesn't do that much damage otherwise.
aww, thanks hun <3 I still need to find a better wig but meh, the hair salon hates me a bit right now so this one will do ;)
Hopefully! I'll be going to college for it, at least! Oh, I'll do that when I get home, then! Do you grow any plants?
yes, do it, it will be a lifesaver :) I personally don't but I live at home still and we have a huge garden were we grow all sorts of food and we also have quite a few pots with flowers scattered outside :)
