When did it get a few more icons added to it? I was using it during my battles with Surge because it had a heal and did ice icons which I didn't see him blocking. Might be new might be I missed the changes... either way it was interesting.

that's not a challenger, that's a random event that may give you a storm potion :) she was a challenger during a plot, but that is no longer. Her name is The Tempest

Hmm, that doesn't sound familiar to me, but my attendance is pretty spotty these days, so maybe someone else has more info. I remember something being said about Tempest REs increasing in areas of Subeta where it's raining, though I don't think she appears as a challenger.

she increases in appearance rate when it's raining on all of subeta, not just the location where it's raining
