If Algebra had capped say, a couple of years ago, I'd still keep doing most BQs with him to accrue EXP to spend at a later date. I think it's far too late to say 'we never said you would be able to use it!' when that carrot has been dangled for far too long. If I were in that situation, it'd probably be the breaking point for me.

And BAs are planning to wipe EXP from all tier 12 pets: here (can't find the origianl post at the moment, where did it go?!).

I get why but it's just too late imo. EXP gained is directly related to time spent battling: if you spend 20 minutes every day doing your BQs, to see that all wiped away from you... it's just incomprehensible to me, really. It seems so short-sighted.

I'm lucky(?) enough to be 1.3k stats away from capping still, but obviously I've been thinking about my options as I'm not too interested in building smaller pets as a priorty, and I feel bad for battlers who have chosen the path that I would have chose.

Yes I know he is, never tried to beat him, but the stories do say enough :P

I feel like it is sad for people with capped pets that saved a lot exp, because they did spend time on it... They should have made it impossible to save exp once pets are capped long before annoucing this :(
