Hey! I also slowly transitioned here from neo. I was there on and off for about 11 years.

It seems like that's the case for most people here. I spent 12 years there myself before getting fed up.

Well, welcome to the way more chill side. Haha I've definitely enjoyed it here a lot more. I just read an article yesterday about the censoring of the forums going down for a day on neo? So people were saying anything and everything they wanted. I remember a few years ago my account on there got silenced for 2 weeks just for using the abbreviation 'bf'. Load of shit, but oh well xD

Two weeks? That's ridiculous. I just got sick of not being able to say the word 'grape' on the forums, among other dumb restrictions. I understand that they want to keep it kid friendly (since they intended neopets to be a kid friendly website), but the rampant censuring was just terrible. "Oh no, no, no, you can't curse on the internet!" Too bad I didn't take advantage of the censuring being down... Oh well.

Yeah, I totally know what you mean. I got sick of the extreme censoring, and how rude people on the forums were. They acted like you were scum if you din't know as much as they did, or if you were AN ACTUAL KID. I adopted out a lot of my pets, but I still have some. I should probably give them all away, but Idk.

Oh geez, I have no idea what to do with the new pet slot yet. I really don't need more pets, but I have a habit of adopting and hoarding pets lol. Do you have any ideas yet?
