That makes sense. From what I understand from teacher-friends, getting your foot into the education system can be tough for newcomers. Not sure if preschool would be the same. It's always good to have options just in case.

The quest requirements will be hit today for sure. So yay, free pet slot and title! :) I finally caved and got gold again to contribute more quests, but it seems it was pointless. Oh well, I can vend more and be done with the whole item collecting thing a lot faster.

True, gold has lots of neat benefits - faster training and random is nice. I've even been using autoprice on my expensive shop, even though it only has like 50 items, haha.

I think you only need to contribute 1 quest. They don't mention a lower limit, so I assume anything counts. I did most of my quests on the weekend, so I'm sure I'll be fine. I've gotten out of the habit of doing BD quests though :/

Russian is such a cool looking language - like arabic. I wish I knew a second language, even if it was an alphabetic one. You must speak multiple languages, being from France and speaking English on here.

I think I'll still make my goal for the sprint, so I'm fine - I'm just ready for the hoarding phase to be over. I'll be done in 2 weeks if I remember to vend every day. I haven't been on as much lately :(

I've been well! I was away camping this weekend.

And yeah I know! I've been off doing other stuff with my time this summer, honestly.

It's good to go outside and enjoy the summer! That's when all the fun events and things happen.

This weekend was brutal around here. 35, felt like 38 with the humidity - I was outside for a brief time, and I felt like I was melting from the inside out. I think I'm truly Canadian, because anything over 27 is too hot for me, haha.

So true. I'm actually outside right now again xP Just sitting on the deck with Milo and a ton of camping gear that got SOAKED this weekend so I have to dry it all out before we pack it up again haha.

I'm melting today too, and the AC in my car broke yesterday so I took it to get quoted today and they estimated $1400. I was like uh no. So I'm going to be sweating in my car forever from now on apparently.

Yeah, it certainly poured last night! Which was actually a good thing, to bring the temperature down a bit.

$1400 is definitely a lot to pay to stay cool, when you can roll the windows down instead :/ The AC is currently broken at my office, too, actually - the fan makes this horrible grating metal sound whenever it's on. We still have it on. We just endure the noise every few minutes haha.
