I am currently still hatching Eevees in hope of shinies so if anyone needs 5 IV ones to kick Ass in ORAS just tell me. It might take me a while to be able to use a Wi-fi again that is able to connect to my 3DS^^

I had that luck with getting shinies too. I also got some through the GTS when I wanted to complete my dex. My shiny Porygon-Z is from there.

Oh that's awesome congrats. I've never really gotten shinies off the GTS but I have had some awesome luck finding nice people to trade with for Pokemon I still needed for the Dex.

Besides the jerks that hacked the GTS and put up the awful named Jirachis there are pretty awesome people out there! I managed to get a spare Diancie and trade it off for a decent and legit Jirachi of my own. It's nice when people react to the little status messages. I still need a Fancy pattern Vivillon though.

I have actually. On my X Version. Y version I'm more leaned back, breeding for battle and enjoying the game that way. I'm so looking forwards to ORAS. Are you?

What shinies from the new games have you guys bred? I recently got a honedge which surprisingly only took about 50 eggs...

I've so far bred none but caught some in the wild. Audino and Vanillite are the ones that I know from the top of my mind right now.

I am so looking forward. I pre-ordered month ago. Chose Saphire this time. Also I'm a bit sad that Kalos didn't get any special editions.

Ruby was the one I had too. (I still have it but the ingame clock thing broke again and now I can't do much there, as I loved the secret bases. I'm trying to always get the opposite when buying a remake. The only time I didn't stick to this plan was when fire red came out as I only owned yellow from the first gen. And wow! Is it really 20 years already. I'll feel even older than I did when Harvest Moon reached their 10th anniversary. Together with Pokemon that game was my childhood

I've bred a horsea and working on a Vulpix shiny right now Some shinies that were given to me were Darkrai, Kyogre, Ho-Oh, and Mew which is all I can think off the top of my head atm, my DS is at home

Sapphire was my first one for 3rd Gen ^^; I think I may start off with Treeko instead of Torchic .. normally a fire starter for me OTL Havent preordered but I know it comes out very soon, (today or this week?) No monies right now but got my eye on it. I have a Diance

I've honestly been debating xD I have all the Eeveeloutions Though I dont know which shiny version I would want. I dont really want its fairy-loution. Kind of trying to narrow it to one thats may often get overlooked. =w= but idk I love Espeon, Umbreon and Glacion though -

I always start with the Water starters... ha-ha I dunno why it's just always been my go-to for the games. I do switch it up if I restart a game to try new things. (Like a Nuzlocke run or just trying a new team I've never used before)

oh in normal I have them all too. Thanks to kind trainers and Subetans I only need Espeon, Umbreon and Jolteon to have them all in shiny as well. Sadly most people don't nickname their Pokemon and I love them having names. Gives them more personality if you ask me.

Oh and a blue Sylveon looks waaaay better than the normal version, just saying.

same here. Back then we sort of pokefied the school. Our teachers even forbade bringing Pokemon related stuff save for one day per week.

I've always been a Fire starter, not sure why I find it more appealing I guess xD? But always had the struggle with the first couple of gyms -- maybe with Jhoto I would probably a tie between Chikorita and Cynadquil.

I do like the Shiny of Sylveon, I've never been a fan of the color pink xD

Hmm I always had a struggle with the Grass Starters for some reason. Ha-ha but it's funny ever since gen 6 I got better at the games, watching others play has given me a better understanding at least... Well in any case I'm just hyped for the new games and cannot wait for them to come out.

Yeah fire starters for the win. Except for gen 5 though. I don't like Tepig. And speaking of struggle with the first gym. .. My first run on yellow was horrible. I had no idea that I could acquire fighting type Pokemon that early and Brock stomped my Pikachu dozens of times. After allthat I was fine. Struggled with the third batch of Johto a bit but else I had way more understanding of the mechanics.

I always pick the reptilian/amphibian starter haha. Ironically, though, I almost never use them for long. Not really sure why. Froakie was really good and I didn't use it long enough to even get it to stage 2 haha.

And yes I did get a Diancie code as Subeta has really cool and helpful users. If you could find a Fancy Vivillon that would be awesome. I wasn't around when they gave it away. What do you want in exchange? Also it might take some weeks for me to be able to be online in Pokemon again. I have no Wi-fi at home and Subways free Wi-fi so far refuses to connect to pokemon. Lol

Pft! Treecko all the way! As for the Vivillon, hm...Do you breed specifics? If so a modest Squirtle with Brine, Aqua Jet, Dragon Pulse and Water Pulse would be phenomenal!

If you don't breed specifics, just surprise me with something neat! Hehehe.
