Proud Pokemon fan for 13 years here. Funny enough I just got myself a Scizor today, been breeding Pokemon for battle the past 3 months. Having a blast.

Ugh! I've bred two shinies and both had awful IVs. It's torture!

I want to breed a modest shiny HA Helioptile. It's amazing how dreadful one sentence can feel to type out...

I don't mind Megas but I've been trying different things with different Pokemon and having some fair amount of success. You're right, breeding and getting that amazing Pokemon is a nice rush. Ironically enough I've hatched FIVE shiny Pokemon during my time of breeding for battlers. So funny because when I want to breed for shiny Pokemon I have no luck.

Not sure what I'll be breeding next... Grimer or Noibat maybe.

Yeah though I will always adore Scyther as well!

I never even planned on it to be honest... breeding for IVs I got the shiny Pokemon and none of them were battle ready... ha-ha so that's always a kick in the butt. Do you WonderTrade?

Wonder trade is like cheap bourbon. I would sit in a comfy chair and do it all day if I didn't watch myself...

Oh man same here.... I generally do so when I'm done breeding, though I be fair and send out only the more decent of my hatches. Have you gotten anything good?

Never got a shiny or anything, but I do get some really good ones to start breeding. Lots of good IVs and HAs. I got a 5iv good nature japanese Klefki, that'd probably be my best wondertrade. I mostly just get bidoofs and froakies haha.

Yeah I wondertrade in hopes of getting some decent start up Pokemon for breeding. It's pretty cool. Hope you start getting some amazing finds. Some days I find are luckier than others.

Haha yeah, it's almost as much of a rush as hatching only you don't even know what you get haha. One thing I like to do every so often is buy a used game and see what's there to switch over haha. Last time I did that I won the lottery. A bunch of shinies and legendaries. Namely a shiny metang from the friend safari! Only had 3 perfect ivs, but they were solid. Hp, Atk and Def I think. Good nature too.

Congrats that's awesome. I bought a used Diamond version before X&Y came out... sadly I can't trade over any Pokemon because I don't have Pokebank but the person who had the game before I bought it... they had TONS of Pokemon on it... I was amazed.

I say go for it, with the pokebank. 5 bucks a year and you get a free Celebi. I use the crap out of the bank, organizing this and that and hoarding stuff away. It's really great being able to transfer older gens too!

The ORAS demo was fun! It's nice to see how things have changed in just a little while. Steven Stone is so much taller than the trainer, lol. And you can creep!

Congrats. I've not bothered breeding for shinies, the ones I did get were utterly random but a nice surprise. The other night while wonder trading I got 3 shinies from people. Totally caught me off guard.

I dont think I've ever had any luck like that through WT. I barely have any luck at all with it lately lol.

I hope luck comes your way for sure. Most days I get the same Pokemon over and over from different people. I mostly Wonder Trade for breeding fodder. I started getting into battling, not that good but I've been breeding a bunch of Pokemon. Anyway I tend to do a mass wonder trade when I get a box filled with the leftovers from a breeding run. (I tend to save only the decent ones to send out, make it fair for others.)
