If you received an achievement that you believe that you have already achieved, please first check it on the achievement page. Sometime the popup that shows the achievement does not have the right tier in the description. So it may say that you got the achievement for 50 quests but you really got the one for 1500. This is being looked into! It should not affect the tier you got!

If you are missing progress in your quests or other progress based achievements that may have been reset or lost by reimporting only, please file a ticket with the following information: which progress achievements are affected, how many you have completed and how many the achievement says you have completed, any tier achievements you should have due to this progress and when the last time you imported your achievements was. Also please post on your ticket that these should be sent to . This includes pet spotlight but does not include collections, wardrobe, or battle related achievements.

If you think there is an achievement missing on the list, odds are that it really isn't missing! The actual error is that they are hiding. There is a workaround hooray! For now, if you think there is a missing achievement, go to the category that is missing the achievement first. For example, if you think that Token Shop Regular is missing, go to the Items section. http://subeta.net/achievements.php#/category/2 is the address! From there, you see there are currently 2 pages showing. Change the category/2 (or whatever number it has) to page/3 and you find a hidden page three. THIS WILL BE FIXED but at least for now you can find them!

Is there nothing that can be done to prevent this from happening?

I'm pretty sure it is functioning the way it was made to - it was created when everything was first switched over, so it should only be used by people who JUST imported their old achievements into the new system and encountered an error/not everything moved over.

If you're missing an achievement that you had in the old system you can file a ticket to have a UA manually award it to you.

If the import page will reset everything we've done since the new system was introduced, how do we check the actual numbers we should have? For example I know my "leave a comment" achievement is in the thousands, but right now it says I have 58. But my ticket should probably have more detail than 'in the thousands', yeah? I know the import page would tell me how many I've actually left (as it did when I tried it a few times earlier) but if it'll reset everything else that's probably not a strong choice.

Super Pet achievement is being awarded to those who have at least one tier of defense, strength, health, speed and level achievements. It was supposed to be given to those who have all the tiers for the 5 achievements listed above

sorry, mild confusion here - what do you mean when you say 'a least one tier'? like, 100 in every stat? "It was supposed to be given to those who have all the tiers for the 5 achievements listed above" - the super pet achievement is for having 1000 of each stat, not completing 'all tiers' (ie, 5k in every stat) though? sorry if I've interpreted this wrong :P

*at least one tier (100 in each one of the 5 stats) I know we need 1000 in each one of the 5 achivements, but it's being awarded to everyone who have the first tier in every stat, the first tier. My pet has more than 600 and less than 700 in every stats (but level) and I was awarded the Super Pet while clicking on "Show required achievements". I already filled a ticket and it's a known bug, but wasn't listed there. It could reduce the numbers of tickets about this.

I don't know where to post abut missing achievement - Error? What error? Defeat General Error 10 times in battle! I'm missing achievement and prize too.

After I clicked on Achievement Updating (a moth ago) I got this msg:

You had 8 in the old system for the achievement Error? What error? and 2 in the new system. We've updated you to the higher value!

But it isn't updated... it still say I have 2/10, and it should be 10/10

I really don't want to battle general error all over again... 😞 and I really want that achievement and that scroll! (Psycho Smasher)

Go ahead and file a ticket - a UA may be able to manually award it.

I dont know if this is the correct place to post this but I dont know where else to go. Pirate Treasure Map is a prize given out for having 100 items in your pets Treasure Chest. I have 236 items, I have gone to my pets TC but still have not received this prize.

Not sure if that's the right place to tell or if it's an old bug but I noticed that my number of Achievements doesn't go up on the forums anymore. On the forums it says I have 1,302 Achievements while I in fact have 1,435 by now.

Is the achievement showing as earned on your achievement list? Was this one you had previously earned in the old system (I can't remember if it was ever even there).
