Yes my achievement is showing and yes I had earned this in the old system. Go ahead and file a ticket and a UA may be able to manually award it to you. If they are unable to assist you please let me know and I can escalate it to a programmer. :)

Ok thanks I also had a friend who had way over 5k in scratchcards but he never got the Golden Glory Scratchcard and he also had all the cards scratched before the change in achievements. So Im wondering if this wasnt made retroactive for all of us who had the correct amount already to get the new prizes.

I am still missing my big spender achievement which I had with the old system.

I clicked the link to try and process additional achievements. You had 2795166244 in the old system for the achievement Big Spender and 2236233647 in the new system. We've updated you to the higher value!

The new system shows 2,236,233,647 / 2,500,000,000 Should I file a ticket ?

I have all the leaves in my wardrobe for the Leaf Me Alone achievement, but it is not registering. Also, two of the required items are still marked as unchecked. I went to my wardrobe a few times and back to the achievement page but it's not triggering the achievement.

Same thing happening with Sweater Weather achievement.

I have a question... I haven't been active in about a year or so, so I'm wondering if I've missed something.. When I post on the forums, my achievement count, under my HA, is still 931. But when I hover over my UN, it says 1003. As far as I'm aware, I'm not missing any achievements when I look through them on the achievements page, and any achievements I am earning, are counting towards the 1003. Thank you!

I'm finding that for most of my missing achievements if I visit the page it would have been awarded on that it will give me the achievement ( example: I was missing the "quest points" achievement although I had already bought somethings from the quest shop and still had points left over. I visited the page and it gave me the missing achievement.) My question is I am still missing the "Longtime member" achievement. ( I've been a member of Subeta for two years) and the "First year" achievement, Which I read was new so I don't really know if I'm actually missing it. ( I'm just figuring I am since I've been around for two years.) should I fill out a ticket about this or will these two both pop up eventually like the other missing ones?

It should pop up when you go to your user dashboard Do check if you get the items from the achievements, that seems to be a bit wonky at the moment.

I hope this is the right place to post, I apologize if it isn't. ^^; I received the longtime member achievement for being on for 7 years, but I didn't get a Loyalty Box.

Hi guys.... so I have been offline for a while...no clue what is going on lol! In the new achievements page, it says.. "If you are missing achievements after your import, click here to process additional achievements." I don't seem to be able to find how to import achievements...I see no obvious button :/ can it still be done? if i click the here button mentioned above, will that sort me out? Can anyine point me in the right direction? Many thanks!!

I'm having a problem with the Search feature of Achievements. If I type in a search term I get the correct results alright, but the results only stay for like 2.5 seconds, and then they spontaneously go somewhere totally else in Achievements with some other mysterious search term and not to the default New Achievements or regular Achievements page, very disturbingly like a link highjack.

Do I report this here, or create a separate subject?
