I received the Longtime Member achievement for 8 years but did not receive another Loyalty Box. Do I have to go somewhere to receive it or is this a bug?

I just got the Big Spender achievement for spending a total of 1,000,000,000, but I didn't get the achievement prize for that tier, which is the Blackmoons War Plate :(

I have many achievements that I have not earned, and many of my actual earned achievements are missing. For example, I have all of the Legacy achievements, although I've been a member since October 2012. My achievements also claim that I have access to the Blue Building, which I don't. It's like my achievements have been swapped with someone else's. :(

I've been seeing duplicate achievements on my achievements list lately... No, it's not counting the achievement twice, it's just showing up twice on my achievements page. This occurs always on the second page of achievements. I'm wondering what's happening... Every time I put a gift under the tree I get "Unlocked Gift Giver!

Give 25 gifts to friends (through their profiles)." It is annoying because I also get the even notification and it just clogs my events up

I've definitely been hit.. so not sure why this one is not working.

Achievements pages are broken. Up to about 10 minutes ago, I was able to look at other people's achievement pages to see how many fairies they had released for example. Now I'm getting errors, such as the person doesn't have any achievements or the achievements I can see are quite limited and I know they've earned far more than what I'm seeing.

Randomly, while I was firing and purchasing snowballs for the fight, I got the Keeping Cash achievement. I know that account worth has been having problems lately as I haven't been able to access it for a couple days. I checked my achievements page, and it says my account worth is 6%, so over the 5%. However, because account worth has been having problems, I don't know if I deserve this achievement. I don't know if I should file a ticket or not because I have no way of knowing if I deserve it.

I have visited Melody every day this month, but it says I missed a day (yes, i checked through my inventory/wardrobe to make sure it wasn't a mistake on my end)
