IT'S ALMOST SUMMER! I've been wanting to make an event for a while now, and I keep putting it off because I was busy. I'm still busy but I'll build up a schedule to fit everything in. Because of this, it might be a bit of a slow paced event (especially regarding the themed challenges!) but I promise to give it as much time as I can!

So what is this all about? There will be a few random challenges, such as my usual 'send a flower/heart' to a user. Random prizes, free slots, prize pool and more will be added soon. There might be a few HA challenges as well!

On top of that, the highlight of the event will be contests revolving around various themes. Say the theme is 'tropical fish', you will have to elaborate a cw based off it, find either reference pictures of elaborate description on what you picture as a 'tropical fish' representation.

The winner of each challenge will have their idea drawn (I give myself a few days deadline!) and released in my shop afterwards, with a free copy as well as half the profit made from the sales! I will be holding a few of those themed challenges, quite possibly spread across a few weeks to make sure I have the time!

How long does it last? It starts right now, and will last... a few weeks! Honestly it depends on my schedule, but I plan to make around 5-7 themes (on top of other smaller challenges), so I'll try to space this out n_n

CHALLENGE ONE

Theme : Tropical fish (ohoho) (not sea creatures but actualy fish!) Deadline : June 7th, 11.59pm subeta time

Post an idea related to any tropical fish of your liking, with as many details as possible! Please note that while I will try to follow your ideas as much as I can, I will not be showing progression of the cw-in-the-making, and will only release the final cw a few days later!

What you need to provide

1. Optional name and/or description, if you have any particular in mind

2. A picture of the fish you chose!

3. Type of item (clothes, wig, accessory etc. BACKGROUND IDEAS ARE NOT ACCEPTED, as I do those in collab with my bf usually, who is currently very busy!)

4. Your color palette (If possible, please post pictures of colors (from a photo for example!) or detail the kind of colors you want - 'soft turquoise with muted gold, white swirly patterns' as opposed to 'teal and gold and a bit of white'. There will be no recolors of the item, so choose your colors wisely!

5. If you have a CI idea, please add this in, otherwise I'll whip something up that I think would match!

The golden rule - the more descriptive you are (references, pictures, colors, text description etc.), the higher the chances of winning! I would rather draw someone else's ideas than interpret a very vague one n_n

The winner of the challenge will receive - A free copy of the cw drawn AND half the csc profit generated from the sales

Kind of a mix between the two. A little bit of ruffle/wave but not too poofy with the skirt of the dress behind the HA arms.

Color scheme: Blue (# 026BE8) Black (# 000000) and Yellow (# F0F002) or any of the blue/yellow shades on the fish

Color Ideas idea 1: Blue dress with a yellow stripe down the front. Black collar around the neck. Black waistband/accent around the waistline. idea 2: Blue dress with a yellow stripe down the front. Yellow, blue, or black collar. No waistline accent. idea 3: Black collar and black empire waistline. Yellow top/bodice with a blue skirt or blue top/bodice with a yellow skirt. idea 4: Blue dress with a black collar with basque (v shaped) waistline black accent with a yellow stripe from the top of the bodice to the bottom (one accent to the other). idea 5: Blue dress with black collar and empire or regular rounded waistline with a yellow stripe from top to bottom (one accent to the other).

Name Idea: Will edit it if something different comes to mind.. Probably something boring like Tropical Fish Skirt or [fish name] Fish Skirt

Description: Will edit if something comes to mind.

Skirt Idea: I'm kinda thinking either a spiny skirt similar to the , but with the different fish pattern, like the spike of the tail. Sheer, but with the spikes poking out as the spiked bottom. Basically if you can imagine the tail as some spiky skirt.

Color Palate: Bright pinks, Purples and Aquas similar to this:

CI Idea: The fish, I mean I don't know if it needs fabric of some sorts in it, or if it can get away with just being the fish in the CI in kind of the form the skirt would have.

Sounds exciting! Can't wait. :D

someone already asked me that! I already posted fish so it's kind of too late to change it. Yes it has to be a tropical fish BUT I will be making another challenge that extends to tropical underwater creatures with a larger defined bracket n_n
