All I fucking want is 1. staff to acknowledge that they are actively looking into this and will not stop until it's fixed and 2. staff to fix this It's been a month, guys.

they should stop using fix and start calling it a bandaid.

And they should stop assuming their "fix" fucking fixed anything before abandoning it completely. "Oh its fixed fucks off for a month before realizing its not WHOOPS, PUSHED ANOTHER FIX."

Yep. I pinged two groups I own/am admin in a while ago and only one went through, at least on my end.

Really annoyed that we keep getting told things are fixed and they're not. At least say, "We've pushed a fix, let's see if it works," or, "It might work part of the time, we'll keep working on it." Not, "It's fixed, yay!"

They're not even pretending to care, anymore.

It worked for a while and now nothing. I've tried to ping groups with no avail and it's getting pretty annoying.
