Granted. You can play the piano better than anyone in the history of everything. However, this comes with the particularly annoying mob of fans, which leads to drinking, which leads to a particularly dramatic suicide attempt off of a hotel balcony in New York. While this doesn't kill you, it does end up with you getting put in one of those pretty jackets by the doctor's in white.

I wish that would have been more creative.

Wish granted, but you're so creative that you create lots of new inventions and one of them is a physco killing robot who destroys the world.

Granted, but after you become super strong and accidentally crush one of your friends when trying to hug them, no one wants to be anywhere near you anymore and you're very lonely.

Wish granted, but your puppy accidentally walks into a nuclear plant and becomes mutated, getting covered is bubbles full of oozing pus which forces you to not like your new puppy.

Granted, but the only way they serve your coffee is with a half cup of cream and a half cup of sugar, not matter what size coffee you order.

Wish granted. But then you the first time you eat dairy without getting sick, you find out its sour, smelly and gross because its gone bad and in the end, you get sick again.
