Tche was my fastest -and most ironic- response because I was talking with her prior to filling out the ticket.. only to have her basically finish our conversation in the ticket. Haha Sophie.
Agreed ^^ I've filled six, most of them answered by Tche and Turret, and all of them answered within a few minutes of me filling them. The Ticket System is fantastic ^^
I have only had to file 7 and most of them were missing CSC or items. The staff is wonderful with response time and fixing issues. By far the best customer service I have ever encountered on any site including mass merchandising sites. Thank you subeta staff.
I'm bumping this for two reasons.
First, to thank you, Stijn. I was away last week, so I sorta missed the board. :)
And second, I did think I took more than that, but there is a difference between what is assigned to me (What stayed with me all the time) and what I took and transferred. So, that's probably why we bought thought it was more than that.
And, for the record, I have around 100 tickets filled. Most were rule infractions in B&C :)
I have had 3 tickets, and Sierra, Gunblade (LitenRev at that point) and Angelina have helped me. Angelina was the most helpful, mostly because it was the most serious question (the other two were extra items and my own stupidity). Sierra did have the most C/P, but it was her signature, which was kind of unnecessary seeing as I could already see her username, I knew she was staff, and I knew I was in customer service.
Uhm. I filed two. Lol. Once when i couldnt figure out how to delete ppl from my favorites on my friends list. And second was a trade that glitched on me. They were answered by Gunblade and Sierra. Both got to me quickly and helped me out. THANKS AGAIN :)
I've only filed like... I think 2 or 3, maximum. Maybe I'm just really unaware or don't have many questions? lD;
