I LOVE the ticket system. One idea that I'm glad to say I was wrong about. I didnt like the idea at first. Really its so much easier than going through admin list and seeing who's online though.
I agree, the ticket system is fantastic and I've had nothing but positive feedback about it. Sometimes it may take a little bit of time, but I've always been treated professionally and courteously and it's such a nice change of pace from other places.

i actually just had to file my very first ticket tonight. i was surprised at how quick and helpful the staff member assigned () was and really grateful, and really nice.
i created it at 9:43 PM, and I got a responce at 9:48 PM. XD
so yeah, plus one for the ticket system.
I know I've filed a ticket, but I can't remember what it was about. I think it was about the new year achievement,when some people got two items instead of one, and I believe tche handled it. They deal with so much...thanks guys!
I can only assume there must be some sort of staff contest to see who can end up with the most stijn tickets. Seriously, I've only filed two but both times they were very awesome and helpful. I knew this was a brag thread when I read the title.
In the past I've had tickets assigned to mbif where I just needed to vent a little and she was very patient and listened. I've filed quite a few of them and i've always had a great experience. :)

i've only filed 8, and i thought that was too much.
i always feel embarrassed when i submit tickets. i think: 'man, i hope they don't remember me from a couple weeks ago - they'll probably think i'm retarded!' but of course they don't :D

Sounds weird, but I'm always nervous about filing a ticket. I feel like I'm bothering them. Once they answer, though, I usually wonder why I felt that way.
As for honest answers to your questions, I would say Cardale is the fastest, while it seems that Sierra uses the most copy and pasted responses (but I'm assuming it's because she gets the same questions over and over).
I've filed 17 tickets, most of them about topics needing to be moved. answered the great majority of them.
I think I've got your beat stijn. I've filled out 156 tickets since January.
Giving you props because I'm too lazy to see who's handled most of my tickets.
Just checked- since the ticket system was made, I think back in early September last year, I've filled out 230.
