i want to thank the staff for helping me once every 5.36 days by answering my tickets. i have filed 56 tickets in the past 295 days (who has filed more?), and i want to apologize for all my stupid questions, and pointless warnings appeals. that said, most of them are user reports anyway. im like the stasi, i report everyone i see!

I had my account broken into last night, and although it hasnt been fixed yet I must say that the staff has responded quickly and I have the utmost confidence in them!
Its such a change from the "Oh well tough shit" attitude on neopets, for sure!
I've only filed 2 tickets so far XD One was about 2 AM and I got an answer after 10 minutes from Azshua. She was very helpful to me. Had problems with the trade where I got the money but the item was still mine.
I was very surprised about how fast my tickets got answered (The second one was reporting of a user :x I usually don't do it, but I had to in this case). Also answered and done within 10 minutes.
I have to say I LOVE the staff for being so helpful.
And stijn, of course you report everyone, you weren't you if you didn't, right? xD

I ahve made 10 3 were answered by my girl Turret 3 were answered by Rasputina 2 were answered by Thea or Gunblade 1 by Tche 1 by Sierra. Most of mine were handled very well and efficiently so I am very happy with it

I am a little confused. I know Tche has answered more of my tickets, and that Cardale has answered a few as well, but those tickets are not on my list.
I've made 357-457 reports since the system started :s I lost count of the hundred, after 200, so I wasn't sure if it was 357 or 457 :s
To be fair, since they got rid of a lot of the rules (punctuation, excessive caps), I've made -much- less reports (like a couple every few weeks) :) [edit] I'm too lazy go deal with the breakdown, but I'm pretty sure the majority of my reports were handled by , , and . Sometimes and ❤
