Looks like a step function to me. Is there any more data at all? Would be interesting to know where the jumps are and what it looks like later, too. (that's re: defence by the way!)
Here's the Thread where it was originally discussed. I was the only one really testing and giving data, unfortunately, and I only have a limited number of pets, so there wasn't a lot of data to work with. And I'm crap with math anyways. Maybe we should create a new thread and see how many people we can get to submit data?

I'd be interested in that, at least. The fact it stays at 7 dbpi between 500 ~ 700 defence is pretty interesting to me. Knowing if there's a similar cut off higher up would definitely benefit those planning around the cap.

i have gotten double damage against wrymgear's sonic boom when only curses were damaging , so its kinda confusing as to what the double out put is of ?
It will say you scored double damage, but that only really applies to your non-curse damage. For example, if your opponent deals 700 points of damage to you (let's say 550 of this damage is non-curse and 150 is curse) normally and they score a critical hit, you will be hurt for 1250 rather than 1400 because while the non-curse damage was doubled, the curse damage was not.

Tier 0
Tier 1- no stats, no option to add to armory

Some items that used to be weapons still have a tier listed, even though they were de-weaponized ages ago. You'll be able to tell them because they won't have any stats. Uberwizzurd is just a minion now. The clover did nothing and was set as no item type at all. I didn't want to make it into a weapon again, so I made it do something else. ;)
The torrent light had stats and was set as t1 in the admin panel, but was showing up as t0 for some reason. That's fixed now.
Ah. I knew about the Tier 0, but I thought there was a way you could turn off the Tiers so it'd be less confusing. Usually if I see an item listed with a Tier other then 0, I assume that it's supposed to be a weapon.
Also, out of curiosity, is there a reason that different potions have different Tiers? I see some as Tier 0, Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 4. Yet any pet can use them. Are they supposed to be limited by their tiers?

I'm not sure about that... I can't remember discussing it when we were statting everything. They probably were supposed to be limited by tiers, but potions are weird. They show up along with all of our other weapons in the same listing and format, but they work differently.
Also, someone should really buy a clover. ;)
When it comes to the dark elemental potions, only the dark fire and dark water potions are listed as tier 1. The dark magma/earth/light/death/life potions are all listed as tier 0. I find this inconsistency to be quite strange.

We don't even have the option to set something as tier 0; every weapon is automatically tier 1 when we add it. So I'm really not sure what's up with that!

says Once per Battle, but is actually One Use.
Probed Moonrock says Tier 1, but has no option to move to armory, nor does it have stats.

I know, it has been mentioned before, but cannot remember where. In battle percentage healers still don't show the "%" sign after the number, so there is nor difference between, say, heals 15 points or heals 15 %. Is there an option to have that changed?
While the % does not show, it really does heal 10% and not just 10

The hover info says Tier 0 but it doesn't seem to be an actual weapon (and tier 0 isn't a thing), so I assume something's wrong here, I just don't know what exactly. :P

I think it was stated previously in the thread that tier 0 is supposed to be for non-weapons that were formerly planned to be weapons. The exception to this seems to be most of the dark elemental potions.
