Some click-type torque wrenches have a lower limit of 50 ft-lbs, anything below this is considered hand tightened.

Metric measurement is common in modern cars, some exceptions that still use SAE are light truck/off-road tires. A tire such as 31x 10.50 R15 LT is 32inches tall, 10.5 inches wide with a 15 inch rim, in comparison to a passenger car tire with 215/60R17 having 225mm width aspect ratio of 60 and 17 inch rims.
In direct relation to this, I've removed most if not all SAE wrenches, sockets, and tools from my kits. In my experience there has been little need for them.

It is almost impossible to get metric-sized brake tubing in a small town. Most part vendors sell "metric" brake tubing, but in reality, it is an SAE-sized tubing( usually 3/16-inch inside diameter) with metric sized and metric threaded fasteners.
