Mine tested the camshaft sensors of mine car earlier today, both showed the same issue in different amounts. According to some guides the power wire should show 12.6 V or so, anything different may indicate a problem. In mine car, one showed 5 V, the other less than one. The ground and reference were per spec, and resistance was 1.22k ohms each, mine think a wiring, or electrical issue may be behind the problem.

The overall issue may be that the sensors aren't supplying the ECM with the signal it needs to manage the timing and fuel for the engine. More testing is in store to narrow the cause.

Update: The cause of that issue may be with the camshafts themselves, a TSB suggests an issue with the reluctor wheel's alignment. The solution is simply to replace the camshafts, zo mine believe an engine swap would be the more practical option.
