Totally agree! We aren't going to get rid of ALL of the RNG aspects - but it should be significantly less annoying to do.

1. i have no idea. this is the thing i'm most nervous about. i don't really get nervous - i've done technical handoffs and switch overs significantly more complex, with like... millions of paying customers. this makes my tummy hurt. really though: when it's ready. we're getting closer, I think with more layout improvements (specifically around themes - but I made some pretty major improvements today!) and widget availability, we'll be there. and profiles. gah.
2. also not sure! i'm going to want a few days of looking for the data before making any decisions, and tonights item distribution formula is pretty different from yesterdays, so I want to get to a point where i can look at the daily data and feel confident in it. we'll see!

Also, not a question or anything, just a general compliment. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank staff for the textured hair options that exist in the game, always exciting to see.

Hello! In July of 2022 you removed PIN codes and said that you would be offering 2FA. Are there any plans to move forward with that? The PIN made me feel more secure, having lost an account on a different pet site. It would be nice to have an extra layer of protection for those that want it.

and i know the middle ground of two (three?) sites sucks. it's miserable, and you've all been sticking with me doing this to you for twenty years now. every wardrobe has had a separate site. why???? for shame.

that's the plan! it's got a lot of really fun little toggles we could play with, too. for example, what if on 12/25 it's groups of 100 instead of groups of 5? ;)
