i received my own items back and two items i did not buy. one was a wishlist item, so i am assuming the other was my MM? only two of us put gifts in.
I am just to stupid to figure this out. I can not figure out how to donate items. Sorry everyone. :(

So in my first group Melody didnt show up. In my third she was there but didnt contribute, guess we were one of the groups where she ran out of time!
Yeah my last group had 4 users and we all put in 5 items each but melody didn't put in any, and I only got 2 out of the pool (but omg i needed the ones i got, sweeeeet!!)
was ready to give a whole report of a bugged pool but waited to see if keith posted and yep XD (melody didn't buy anything and i didn't receive anything from the pool)
i love this idea, especially looking at the pool of gifts after! i haven't seemed to have had any performance issues in any of my groups

This round was 4 ppl (5 items each) + Melody (8 items)- I received 7/28 items. This time was definitely more balanced out. No WL items again but a few items I didn’t have.

Ah, that's what happened! I got put into a group just as it closed.
New group is going fine so far :)

If you go to the front page - here is the link you should see a button to join the "waiting room". We need to have 4 users to make a group, so you'll likely wait a few minutes.
Once you're in a group, you'll get an event linking you back to the page. You'll be able to see your inventory (and some cool information about the group) and add items to the pool of items.
When this is released normally, at midnight the groups will reset and you'll get items from your group - hopefully one or two from your wishlist! Right now this is happening more frequently.

I didn't, but it finally came up. It just kept going to a page with items that had yellow and blue boxes.

ahh, that's the page after the pool has ended! It shows what you/others donated, there's a small link clicking back to the first page just above the inventory
Ahhh, you were seeing a past group - I think you must have missed the event to give items the first time around, and your group closed. That view lets you see what items were in the group, and what items you got.
There is a link in the upper right corner that says "← Back to current group" that takes you back to the main view. I'll make that all more clear, sorry that you got stuck on that page.

This time I got nothing, even though I participated
This has been fun! It worked well for me last round, and it's looking good this round.
I do think the "blue border" descriptor could be clearer, since the first round I wasn't sure if it meant the wishlist-style blue border or the rarity blue border.
The note on the first page says not to put in items worth millions of sP. Is this due to a potential problem or just a shoutout that we may not get it back? I may need to switch my items if it can cause a problem with the test :)

I did two rounds and both times put in 5 items, ended up with 5 items and got one item off of my wish list each time. Seems to be an even balance of items from what I can tell. I've gotten one expensive item, a few mid range items, and a few cheap items from each pool.
