Hey all! I'm alive and tired lol. The thanksgiving holiday was good and this week it went back to normal. I'm looking forward to seeing my family again for Christmas, but I'm also not fully in the mood this year. It's weird for me.

Hello, my darlings! I'm alive and well. It's been a busy here in Glen Meadow with all the snow, then the rain and then the mud and fog. Lots of sneezes, sniffles, coughs and gastric woe following (American)Thanksgiving. But we here at Healer's Hall made due by putting patients into the grand lobby (by the fireplace and kitchen) and the front parlor downstairs. This is a birthing period too and for once, I'm not giving birth! HA!

We also have had a rash of sprains, strains and a couple of broken bones as the (American gridiron) Football and the hockey seasons got underway. It boggles my mind that the wee creatures of our mountain even participate in such ridiculous games. It's bad enough that the humans get injured with all their padding. ( I do like the tight pants though) But weasels, badgers, wolverines, mink, squirrels and skunks aren't built for tackling and checking. But a few years ago, it was decided that there should be an inter-community league of sports teams and Glen Meadow Watershed is up to 12 teams now. sheesh. But to be honest, I do sponsor the Healer's Hall Scalpels, our hockey team. We're 4-1-2 this season, no injuries too.

Needless to say, I'll be lurking around from time to time. But I've already missed 5 days of Melody and so the incentive to check in daily has passed.

Keep my Author Mark in your prayers as they continue to work on diagnosing his vertigo. He was scheduled for an MRI last week, but got rescheduled for next week. He has the vertigo goggle-vomit test next week too, as well as four other appointments with his regular doctors. Then Jury Duty the week after. busybusybusybusy....
