i have a wonderful viking built union rep who's working on trying to get my job back bc even he thinks i got fired for a bs reason (as well as quite a few people i've worked with). in the meantime i've gotten approved for snap and medical assistance so i can finally get back on my meds and see how much damage has happened since i havent had my meds (i have several chronic illnesses that require daily meds to help keep me functioning properly [nothing that i absolutely have to have or die yet]) as the last few days i've been breaking out my stash of muscle relaxers and aspirin due to bad flare ups with my arthritis in order to sleep

Hello Lair bears!!! Happy late Lumi day! I hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas and enjoyed their day. Sorry I am late posting. My heart is so full right now from all the lifelong friends I have made here. Even though I don't spend as much time here as I used to. I don't know about all of you, but this has been a crazy year for me. At least it is ending on a good note.

And OH MY!!!! I just did not have time for Lumi this year, but I have a full list of friends I need to thank for your generosity and huge hearts <3

Happy Lumi all! I wanted to hop on and say thank you to those who sent gifts. I love all of them :) I know I don't chat much here, but I will try and change that. Today it is a relaxing day, it has been raining all morning.

I'll pray for you to get back on the job..The gov't here interfered in my % off of my meds as i am disabled.They wanted me to cover 100% of the cost which was more than i earned.. It was the reason i stopped all meds as i couldn't afford them anymore.After fighting with them a few months i kept only my pain meds going and i quit the rest.That saves me about $1K per month and that is $1k they aren't getting from me anymore.

Happy Lumi Bears ❤ I had so many goodies under my tree and loved every item. I am slow with my individual thank yous...feeling overwhelmed with RL and not even sure why. Going to have a nap and hope for some energy later...hugs ❤

Quitting your meds is not a good idea. Aren't there programs to help with the cost that you could look into?

A blessing in disguise.I'm just on the pain meds and that's plenty.Having a roof over my head is more important.This gov't is the problem..This gov't has sucked all the money out of all the programs that existed over the last 9 yrs...there's nothing left..No worries i'm doing ok as is.

Okay, if you're sure. I got taken off a med and did without it for several years and was going downhill the whole time. I finally got back on it and things turned around fast.

I feel better now than i did before all this.I was on too much.Like i said this was a blessing..
