Oh yes. Some of drills rewards suck. But when you get the great ones? Makes them all worth it. I mostly only quit the ones that require me to play with my pet because they're all always happy. I'll do the others. Sometimes I skip the leviathan harpooning or slots if I'm not in the mood.

Hope everybody's day is going well, mine started a bit rough, but after a nap on my lunch break it's been looking up! Went to the gym after work, my husband made hot chocolate. Life is good.

Phew. Ok. Not completely nerve wracking, but still.... just got home. Did my "mock interview" with my principal and vp this afternoon after work. I think overall I did a good job. He gave me a few corrections and basically said he was proud of me, I did well. :D

Oh yay, Kat, that's awesome! Definitely a win in my book! Hope you get to celebrate it a little bit :D or else just enjoy the feeling of relief that comes with an anxiety-inducing event being over and done with.

Wellllll - if it wasn't' for the fact that I will have MORE anxiety-inducing events in the next few months....I might feel more relieved LOL But thats ok. I got an experience, feedback, and assistance. So next step is to go ahead and fill out a generic application online for PreK lead teacher hopefully at least (rather than in response to a specific school stating they're looking) so that is available to anyone who starts looking for someone. My principal also stated that they should be having an "in-house" job fair and that I should go to that when they determine when it is, to put myself out there as looking. AND keep an eye online obviously The best thing is, they said YES I should go ahead and contact the principals at the two schools that I already (sort of) have a relationship with - they both used to be VP at my school for a few years while I worked there - just put myself out there and let them know I am graduating and interested in a position if they have one open.

Fingers crossed for you! I loathe job hunting, but if you already have connections that's a significant advantage, hopefully you won't have to look long!

And before that I was a sub at the school I applied to LOL AND I knew the Principal and VP and Teacher I was interviewing for....(the principal is the same one still) LOL Before that I was a stay-at-home mom for like 15 years, with childcare center work experience before becoming a mom.

Ok. Cap and Gown ordered for graduation. Now to find out how many "tickets" each graduate will get...and then see who all in my family wants to come. I know my dad and stepmom, and my daughter (and her fiancé) wanted me to walk, so they will probably come. My younger son who lives with me probably would. My oldest will want to but might not be able to arrange it properly (as he is a freaking job hopper in the trucking industry and drives me insane - who knows if he will be at the same job or at a new one by then). My mom and dad will also probably come if I invite them to, but not likely any of my brothers or their kids. As long as no other unexpected expenses arise, I'm good with graduation. I chose not to do any announcements or anything like that, no extra costs. Just the cap and gown (and tassel) - and I'm still mad at my associate degree school that they never got back to me about getting a tassel w/o going to graduation. All I wanted was a tassel. They never got back to me on how to order one. I refused to walk in that graduation because I got that degree the same year my son graduated high school - that was HIS year. I wasn't messing with his time. (we would have graduated within a week of each other argh!) Although technically, I "graduated" in December of 23...but they didn't have any ceremonies until May of 24 - which was HIS time as I said.

Good Morning. Yawn I did not stay up late. But I did take cold medicine again last night, I woke up coughing around 11, so decided to take some to quiet the cough. Then the dog woke me up whining at 430. I refused to get out of bed and ignored her (she was fine, she just gets hot overnight and likes to go outside early in the morning).

Someone in my class said they were friends with someone who graduated last year from our school, at the same place ours is being held, and they gave out 10 tickets. That'll be enough for me unless my brothers all surprise me (which, after 49 years, if that happens, I'll be in shock).

Ah, yes, interrupted sleep like that will definitely wear on you and have you feel less rested! Not much that can be done about it. I sometimes get woken by my medical device, and sure, those alarms are important, but it still sucks :')

Exciting Subeta thing for me today: got access to the blue building! Yay! Felt like I got pretty cool wardrobe rewards for these quests, and I like the shop rewards too. New features are fun! Well, new old feature, in this case, because new only for me :D

I've finished kumos - quit 2 saggi and 1 rumi. I've got about halfway through legacy quests - and i stopped a bit early to frag all my cheap rewards and buy an item before I left. I am down to less than 10 minions in the crystal shop that I still need. Not sure how many things got sold out before I could buy them, but oh well! I am focusing on the ones that are still available and getting what I can, when I can!

Hey guys! I'm around, I was reading last night. I was just so annoyed with the world and everyone in it that I had nothing nice to say, no matter what I tried to think of LOL. So I just stayed away :P

But today I got home and put away my laundry, swept the bedroom, bathroom and den (then got Iz to sweep the living room and kitchen), and folded both loads of towels. I also made Lily clean the stove and counters after she did the dishes.. which really, she's supposed to do every night but... I'm over fighting. I can't do it anymore.

Or at least.. I couldn't yesterday :P

Now.. dinnertime before work.

I was sound asleep by 8:30 again last night, I'm exhausted this week.

I've finished all but drills and battle now, did most of them at work during naptime, the ones I didnt' finish this morning.

I need to type up and finish one more assignment thats due by Sunday. AND work on some online modules for professional learning that got assigned for the month of Feb for us paras. Yep. For some reason this year in NOVEMBER they decided "oh our PL sessions really don't offer anything for our paras. Lets make some online modules for them!" and rolled it out to us. So we did four in Dec. Four in Jan. And now they sent out two for us to do for Feb. It will only take me like 30mins to do the two, so I am just doing it at home.

EDIT: 630pm (ish) Hmm. I went and finally got logged into where I can put in my application. But I guess since I applied for the summer program last spring, I already have an application on file? So I guess I need to edit it to just the new PK Teacher job openings wanted or something and add details for that. There currently aren't any PK Lead Teacher spots open. I have no idea if my college professor would be helpful with some of those questions or if I should just take my best guess :P She is supposed to come on Wednesday, so like I could fill out everything the way I THINK it needs to be, and then print a copy and ask her, before I submit it maybe. And can also go ask my principal or HR if she doesn't know I guess. No one renew's their contracts until like March, so as long as I've got the app in by then I should be ok I think.

Good Morning!! The only down side to those high priced items, is they sometimes take a long time to sell. Luminaire (christmas) is usually the best time for higher priced items. But sometimes they get bought during the year too. I am pretty sure I have a few items in my shop that have been there for a couple years at least LOL

I don't want to go to work either. But I will. I really do enjoy it, I just also really enjoy being able to stay home. My job is perfect, I get lots of breaks hahaha, Two months in summer, a week in october, a week in november, two weeks in december, a week in february and a week in april. I also get a long weekend in september and in january!! :P Of course, last summer I worked the summer program, which gave me a long weekend in May and a week for July 4th, plus the last week/week and a half before reporting back for my normal job in July....(so maybe like 3 weeks in July, but broken up)....The summer program lasts 6 weeks. I am thinking I might try to do it again this summer. Its not like I take expensive trips anywhere!! I just sit at home. Why not work and get some extra $? And keep busy a little more. (Summer program ALSO has 3 day weekends LOL) Teachers report back about not quite 2 weeks before the kids do. But that kind of depends, on what I'll need to do this summer as a newly hired teacher fingers crossed

Finished kumos quests. Quit 1 Saggi and 1 Rumi... I took a risk on two other Rumi - both I lost sP on but one, not so much as the other Eh.

Going to go make my tea, and then pack my lunch for today. Trying to figure out what to do about dinner - because I'll be at the "Daddy Daughter Dance" tonight from 6-8 (or at least 6-7). I get to get off work at 315, come home, get Nathan to work before 4, come home and feed my neighbors dog around 5, and have to be back at the school I am thinking between 530-545 for a parking space. Then when I leave the dance, i get to meet up with my neighbor when she gets done with HER event, at Nathans work, to drop the car off for him, so he can drive himself home when he gets off work at 1030.

Full schedule for you, from the sounds of it! And yeah, the vacation schedule in school is nice. I do like that I can and WILL pick all my vacation time outside of the school holiday weeks though haha. It's so nice and quiet in the office during school vacation time! Especially summer and end of the year. Everybody off at the same time.

Tomorrow we are holding a housewarming party at our flat. I'm a little worried, I'm no good at playing host, and having a dozen people invited seems so intense, whew! Luckily my husband IS good at hosting but I feel it's gonna be stressful regardless haha. We'll see though! Haven't done my Kumos quests yet today, but zoned out on Legacy quests and did all Quentin quests before Shinwa so of course I couldn't finish her bracelet today. Oops!

Also I can imagine that multiple million items stick around in the shops, I am looking at this one beanbag I have sitting there now... I just need 8 more million in the till for the achievement. Your haul from Drills, are you keeping anything or maybe considering feeding the cake? (Multiple millions gone in one bite, brutal!)
