Unfortunately Careapier’s speed is too low for Cold Blast to be viable. That extra few percent of freezing would have been helpful if the speed was over 4k :P

I do agree that opponent freeze protection blessings do need to be reduced a bit in relation to the reduced freezing on our scrolls (and said as much on the revamp forum).

I would also love for the defense on freezing scrolls to be brought back. It would give us an additional reason to choose between Shrieks, Strong Stomps, and Psycho Smashers again. Right now I still choose Shrieks most of the time because they cost the least AP.

Careapier was tough and took a lot of trial and error but I was able to get five wins out of him. I always forget to fight him when he normally comes around but go figure I remembered to give him a shake when he's extra tough lol. Felt nice to beat him and get that Lucky scroll tho!

Congrats! One of the most tedious opponents on the site. But the Lucky scroll is a nice one to have, so it's worth it.

Battle subforum... maaaaybe it'll get more visibility from people just looking at the normal forums? I dunno, seems like an unnecessary change, same with Human Avatars being a subform.

I primarily use Strength of Paramnesia for a healing scroll, and then when my pet gets too low, I'll use GotF, or depending if they can use it yet, Rage Para. I do use a Shriek usually at the start, but otherwise, I focus on blocking as many major elements of the foe as I can. So I write myself a lot of notes for opponents, like who I should use Natasha for to block fire and light.
