Is anyone else having this problem:

Every time I enter a battle the weapons aren't there, the field is blank, unless I select them individually for every single battle. I have the tier 11 set selected as default and the pet is the correct tier. I've been battling her for days without any issues, trying to get her strong enough to win one last battle (only battle 5) with the Raging Storm Sylph, but anyway now I'm suddenly having this glitch and I can't select the weapons every time I battle-- that's way too much work.

Cerredwyn The auto select is probably toggled off. Go to the main BC page and choose any challenger with Choose Weapons. Scroll down to below your pets but above the weapons and spells to the Preselection Settings section. Make sure preselection is set to On.
