I recently suggested one during the dancing but no one really replied on it, so here is another shot: show the countdown for both the anonymous and the regular dancing and provide a link for the anonymous one.

Well I use my notepad to list friends and non-friends for events like dancing, T or T and so on. I really depend on my list during events no hunting down link on profiles to participate in event. So what I am hoping that could happen would be a way to keep list of names and have event option change as events happen, and maybe a widget could be set up with this option. Every event I have to go through my list and change event code. If you view my notepad at the very bottom you can see I have a long list that I use. So this as a new option would really help.

While we are talking about widgets we need, I just want to say I also need the bookmarks, please and thank you. 🙏

As far as the widgets go, THE NOTEPAD is super useful and the quick link to all the quests!!

I also use: Shop Search All Subeta Shops list Personal shop profits and then the widget that displays your UN/status/sP on hand and active pet.

I use bookmarks on the right for shortcuts to BHH and TS plus a few forum groups and subq.

Love the idea of a collapsing sidebar!! Mine still shows a random sliver and is a bit awkward to reopen. But this will be great!

Sidebar widgets I use regularly are:

Quests My user info (cash on hand, CSC on hand, etc.) Melody's Daily when it's Lumi.

I think I'm pretty basic, but maybe being able to add quick link area to the sidebar instead of way off to the right side could be nice.

i really appreciate the alerts for things like mallarchy pond and crypts, but i often accidentally clear them without resetting the timer because it's easy to forget. it would be cool to be able to toggle an automatic sidebar alert instead of having to manually click "set alert" each time. (i forget about the lifelike plushie raffle a lot)

the alternative to that would be something similar to how we have a list of quests. you could have it show you how much time you have left before your time resets.

other than that, i use the quest widget a lot as well as forum mentions, comments, etc.

Quests and the oracle are a must.

I like Melody's Cottage for the winter - otherwise sometimes I forget. But would it be possible to do a generic holiday one with the same links as the sidebar of the news for active holidays?

I also love the currency widget but wished it was linked to the currency deposits

These are the ones I currently use. I like to be able to see what friends are up to and having the Oracle is a must because it's easy to miss her event. I also like being able to see my avatar, I just want to appreciate all the fun avatars I can create. Ones that I add seasonally are Melody's Cottage and Special Currencies.

My most used widgets are the shop search and shop profits.

If I could make any widget, it would have shortcut links to the shops I commonly RS in.

I also like people's suggestions for seasonal widgets.

Late to the feedback but for the last, idk, 15 (?) years on subeta I've used those sidebar widgets as my main interface for the site, especially navigation. In order of how often I use them: Notepad -i use this religiously, especially during events. Shop List - again, used religiously hahaha Shop Search Subeta:Username (the little account summary one? Where you can change your status & stuff) ------ above this line are used multiple times a day. below, mostly daily ----- Events Friends Online Friend Feed The Oracle Your Avatar

But legit, I would be lost without the Notepad widget.

--edit--- , I used the right hand side + button and "add bookmark" to add the shops I rs in frequently on that side and it works wonders.

I love the sidebar just the way it is on legacy Subeta (plus ALL available widgets!!! - even if I use only 8), don't like the Kumos one: Can't see the sidebar in split window size Hardly any widgets (never knew, what notepad was...) No toggle dashboard/events only 25 events? no buffs

I use them (info and links) all multiple times every day (Coda only on its 2 days of course). They speed up my gameplay making life a lot easier and I'd hate to lose them.

I believe it had been asked what we use the notes widget for; atm I'm working on getting all my pets to the highest level of a certain job. I'm reading to everyone in order at this point, so I keep the next 2 - 3 and how many books they still need to read on my notepad. That way when I get books from a quest or just buy some it's easy for me to read to them and count down the numbers.
