I remember when costume trunks were the best. Been here on and off for over 15 years now

I remember when avatar bases first came out. Hair wasn't on a separate layer so a lot of hairstyles were cut when using backdrops. Wigs were an amazing addition because it solved this problem. Later on we had eyes added in the form of eye makeup and lipstick etc

Wheee, over 17 years ago...oh, gosh, I remember when the GA's came and you could only buy it with cash till someone (I even remember who :D ) suggested the medals we have today :) I actually was here for the beginning of our HA, wow, what a rush that was XD

I remember the Oekaki boards. They were glitchy and hard to use, but still fun.

I haven't been on as long as other people but I remember when Shengui Guo was introduced along with the bathhouses and Zentus. I feel like the wardrobe has been in a beta state since forever.

Ohh man, this thread brings back memories. The one thing that hasn't been mentioned yet (I don't think) that I remember fondly was the ability to upload our own avatars? Like we had these little square icons that we could customize? Was that a thing, y'all, or am I going crazy? I remember being really disappointed when we got rid of those. 😭

I also remember when several pet/species combos came out... combos that have since been revamped once or even twice. The Reborn Paralix comes to mind!

Me with my Angelic Terracoon who's gotten at LEAST two revamps... Luckily I've loved them all!! LOL. I've had him since 2006!

There is a lot I remember. I've been here since 2011 lol. I remember that and I joined at the same time and I am so glad that we're both still here! I remember The Steele plot, the Subeta meetup that I wasn't able to go to because it was too far away for me. The time Subeta was selling cute little charms and I was lucky enough to get a set of them and I still have them. Avatar contests, the Oracle Token Shop, trivia, when we could collect bank interest, the old mystery box before it was revamped, when pets couldn't share names so you would sit and wait for an account to clear so you could get the name. I remember before Ian and Jaxon were together and how you had to buy extra slots for the different layers of your avatar if you wanted to wear more things. Subeta has gone through a toooonnnn of changes over the years.

I miss the prices for some of the items... When I started, someone was selling 100 csc for 1.5 mil and another for 1.7 mil.... sadly, I literally had just started and didn't have enough. It seemed to slowly rise from there. :/

I think I joined around the time of the Omen Islands water balloon fight. That's my first memory, anyway. I still have a few balloons.

To echo the user above... I am so glad the wardrobe changed to be able to accommodate more than a couple of items per layer. I remember buying the book to add a layer, then debating on if I REALLY wanted to use it or not.

And the star on the Angelic Kanis' head. I wanted that as one of my pets so bad....

When the shop search button wasn't there for quests. You'd have to have two/three tabs open in addition to the quest page. I was so happy when they added the button.

I was going to say this! I remember when you were told how long it took to complete the quest and trying to do it as fast as possible 😂
