- I understand. My brain does the same thing, especially when I have some activity coming up. I stress over the details and want eevery thing to work out perfectly. One thing I've learned about anxity is that you have to yank it out by the root because if you don't, it wraps it's tendrils around everything and you start 2nd and 3rd guessing yourself. Trust yourself enough to rip that first anxiety out and don't let it take root. Yeah, easier said than done. I've had many sleepless nights trying to figure this out. My smail box is always open if you need an ear to listen. Hugs ❤

Some of the shows she watches are too much for me because they're so gory but she has her routine and and it's hard to get her to watch something that it isn't on A&E or the USA channels. LOL! I showed her the Wednesday Chia pet and she wasn't interested. I may still need to get it for me too. 😂

- I hate egg nog too. I get it for the boys, though, as they like it. This time I left it to my hubby to get and he forgets. So, since he wanted it so bad I told him to hunt it down. He did. 😂
