- Oh, I know that feeling. I've been going to this clinic for 3 years now and only have to go there physically every 6 months now. But beginning there was such a hassle and drove my anxiety up a few notches. Just keep in mind that they're actually trying to help you within the constraints of your state's laws and you'll be ok. I know that sounds corny but it's true. I had to see a psychiatrist and a substance abuse counsellor before they would even see me at the clinic. facepalm Those of us who need the pain meds are suffering because of the few who abused the system. And that's all I'll say about that here. hugs you'll be ok. ❤

i have a dog and cat. they are good, the cat is now a outdoor cat after he decided he could go to the bathroom wherever he wanted. We insulted a shed for hubbies dog and he has a raised area in there for his stuff too now.

Lol we ended up talking about it but basically. Imma make it a goal to be more active...haven't even question any today
