podcasts are what I use to fall asleep to. I listen to the same episode till I manage to stay awake to the end, then play the next one. 😆

I really should do tht too as the brightness of the TV drives me crazy. In this modern age it shocks me why I can't turn the picture off while the show is still playing. LOL!! I keep going back to where I fall asleep too. :-D

I get that too. Years ago I had so much and was able to let go and gave away a ton of stuff and then felt so much better.
