Arrrgh! Today be International "Talk Like A Pirate Day!" I be talking' like a pirate to all me clients, patients, friends an' kin. They all be like thinkin' I was gulping' me grog to fast. Arrrgh!

Seriously, Weldon made pirate stew with short rib meat, tatters, carrots, celery, onion and dark extra stout Irish ale. We had pirate rum punch with cranberry, orange, pineapple juices, dark rum and almond liquor over ice. Irish soda bread filled in for hard tack and desert was sweetbreads from Mexico. Wonderful day, great food, lots of family and fun.
