what games were you playing? i know you excelled at the spindles game i tried that years ago and sctually liked it..i still miss my favorite game on here with the 3d many layers you had to remove to get them all gone..i used to play that one alot..dont know what the reason for getting rid of one games makes. SPEAKING OF GAME...are you ready for some football? hope mahones ankle doesnt impede him and his adrenaline will keep pain at bay..plus the shots i bet he gets into the tendons..MY superbowl was the chiefs and the bengals man!! Anna cannot travel wirth all teh procedures she has to have done! BUT she lives here so i get to see her daily for s little but. bobby and i get the house all day..snd they are night shifters that go to bed when we get up..working all night :)

I'm voting for the Kansas Football Men today because they didn't eliminate my favorite San Francisco 49 Football Men like the Philadelphia Football Buzzard Men did. (I'm not angry or petulant or passively aggressive in any way...it's just that the barbecued wings that we're going to be eating should be eagle....)

Weldon is making guacamole, pico de gallo, grinder sandwiches and deviled eggs (YUMMMMMMM!) Poppy and Mum Wheezle are providing a firkin of his Famous Wheezle Brew, Sparky and Sally are bringing Honey Nut Chewies ( his favorite and mine ). General Mitch and Captain Lizzy Leastweasle are bringing fruit and veggie paw-food with ranch dip and onion dip. Billy and Lili have melon balls (snicker). Daisy and Skippy baked beer bread. Merril Starchild doesn't cook, but she found a box of MREs from the 1950's in the robbers cave and it looks like there's a whole lot of SPAM. Wee animals whose chosen team looses have to taste it.

We don't have a TV, but the big human Inn, the Skunk and Stoat, has 12 TVs in their bar and lounge and we all can fit up in the loft above and watch from there. (we keep it swept out and it has functioned as our prime human surveillance outpost for years. It now has sofas, chairs, coffee tables, futons, and we can hold large parties up there after hours. And no!! we don't leave behind little "offerings"!! we aren't filthy mice or rats for crying out loud! rats and mice are food, not friends.)

Anyway, there are many of us who like American Gridiron Football, less who understand it. The youngsters have tried to play it, but it's a very nuanced game. Like , I like to watch the tight pants, I don't get much more of the game than that.

Superbowl Gumbo and Cardi B Dip time

YaY! THE KANSAS FOOTBALL MEN won the election! (I'm so happy for them.)

It got a little rowdy here, a couple dozen more wee party animals arrived than was anticipated. Poppy only brought one firkin of ale and we ran out at 12:30 during the commercials and there was another three hours before the game. Sparky made a deal with the owner of the bar to allow the little animals to come down out of the rafters and occupy a table. But by the time every got seated, the little animals had taken over the entire bar, counter top and stools. The humans were relegated to the booths and tables.

The humans were loud to be sure, but the wee creatures demonstrated their investment in the game by throwing cheese puffs and pretzels at the TVS on several of the calls made by the officials. To some of the humans, this was more entertaining than the game. It seems that some humans do not like a tie game, they want a blow out. Enter the badgers....

Badgers can consume a prodigious quantity of ale, but human beer is a very gassy and so by half time the badgers had been relegated to move down to the far end of the bar closer to the bathrooms, for the comfort of the rest of the patrons.

Bosco, my biggest cousin, got so mad at one point (where the goal post went 'doink') that he got a little dizzy and fell off his bar stool and plotzed face down on the floor of the bar, right into a spilled bowl of boiled eggs. He spent the rest of the game gorging on them until he passed out. 8 whiskeys and 8 eggs is not a good combination. When he woke up, he found that he had been dragged over to where the badgers were seated.

Weldon really enjoyed himself, he loves the strategy, planning, and technical aspects of the game (of course he does...my guy has eidetic memory and has all the statistics completely memorized...) His food was gone before the first quarter was over and that made him happy.

Zippy and Suzi disappeared during half-time. I found them after the game up in the loft, their clothes piled on the floor at the foot of one of the futons and both of them asleep in each other's arms. I guess they were playing their own version of the game...(wink wink).

I don't know enough about the game to tell you why the Kansas City Football Men won, but I do know that I cheered when everybody else cheered, and booed when everybody booed. I loved the Breaking Bad Advert. I hope that everybody is healthy and I can't wait until the next SuperBowls. It's next week, right?

PS: It seems that every single person in the Skunk and Stoat Inn had become KC fans, so nobody had to taste the 70 year-old ARMY Spam. Who knew that old MREs were such an incentive to vote for the correct team?

ohhhhh you had everything in this game covered with all your loved ones...i like the sneak away couple too hahahha..was a good game score for score..thought for sure that missed FG would break them in the end but RAH i say...good game though not a blowout at all!! will be with you tomorrow in my heart..
