you can put a widget for the oracle on your dashboard at the far left of your page. Here is link where you can find the oracle to add to your dashboard. Then you dont have to search for the Oracle every time.

On the Blackheart hollow, when I was getting so many items from there. I was frequently visiting every hour I was here playing. I know its frustrating, but it works and always have wizard tokens available. PLUS never leave the Blackheart Hollow until you see for sure there is an item or not. The release of an item is time limited, so its important not to leave page until you know whether an item was released or not.
