This summer I am doing some trainings to develop myself at work. Mostly in the field of Cloud Security and Data Engineering. Also I try to make some vaccation days to meet some friends. I hope to be able to visit Budapest as well

2. My plans: I just completed one of the things which was spend a week in Oregon visiting family. Now we're moving next Saturday and that's going to be the rest of my summer! lol

2. Tell me what your summer plans are this year! (be detailed, I read every single one!): Where to start? I've been diagnosed with autism and the company I currently work for can't adjust my job enough so it won't make me sick. To be fair, I didn't know I was autistic when I applied for a job that I've since realised is a really bad idea for an autistic person. I doubt they would have hired me for the role if they had known beforehand. So odds are I'm going to be looking for a job this summer. Annoying since I haven't been in this one a year. I plan on helping a former colleague I'm still in contact with find another job too. Maybe even a 3rd person I used to work with. We're all in the same industry so it makes sense to support each other in this. I'm going to keep working on my garden. I'm working on improving the soil with home made compost and get a bee freidnly wildeflower garden going. It's coming along nicely and the veg garden is looking wonderful. The roses need more work but are so pretty. I'm working on a book I'm hoping to try and publish so once I have some feedback I'll see if anyone is interested in picking it up. I've got my dad's birtheday and my two best friend's birthdays to look forward to this summer. I'm going to a convention with my 2 best friends too. We've been going to this convention since we were in uni. Covid put the breaks on it but now it's back up and running and we can't want to see everyone again. :) I'm going to my favorite theme park Legoland before the schools let out for the summer, meeting up with my brother, picking up my drawing again and working on the projects that will be Christmas gifts. But mostly I'm planning to get to know myself properly. I've been surpressing my autistic traits for most of my life so I can function. Now, I want to understand myself and stop hurting myself. I'm also planning to sleep. A Lot.

Summer plans, hmm... Well, I just came from a large wedding yesterday where I was maid of honor. So that kind of took over my life for a while. Also have plans to re-stain the deck as well, so that's not particularly hard, but it will take a while. I'm trying to be more active this summer too, while the weather is good. Longer walks, more audiobooks. All in all, it's been fun!

My summer plans got nuked by covid and having to pay off now three trails of debt; a credit card, a dental procedure and a loan I needed for my cats vet bills. 😩 If I had money, I'd try attending a con this summer... maybe. I got hurt trying to vaccinate and I'm still not better so I don't want to risk a third infection.

This summer, I'll be finishing my last online course for a master's program and taking a teacher certification test for my special education license! I'll be catching up with reading and spending time with my boyfriend and friends as well!
