I would rate it 3.5/5 stars. Long story short, it's about an artificial intelligence learning how to love. I thought it was cute. The author also wrote Never Let me Go which I had to read in school. I didn't appreciate the writing style at the time, but I like it now. Also, I love the blues in your HA!

Yeah we ate at the tv or in the kitchen, never at the dining table haha. But I think it's a nice tradition.

it's so draining dealing with humans all day ;-; i'm off today so I actually cleaned and now i'm trying to organize my life haha (pay bills, update my calendar, etc) debating on going to the pool... but I'm SO pale xD

I know you're relieved he's doing so good! I just sat down since this morning. Grocery shopping and food prep. And I gave another old lady a ride home from the grocery store. :-D She was complaining about the busses and she only had a small amount of groceries. Turned out she lived really close so I was glad I offered.

yeah I mean I am sure some of the time it was just a cold and other times it was allergies but not a one time did she have a "fever" so it seemed a wee bit silly to me. And people in stores are soooo dramatic......department or grocery lol :P Bunch of Karens that need to mind their own business lol :P And yeah I have no problem with a teacher just "mentioning" it to parents so they know to possibly test for it...but demanding the kid be put on drugs to make their "JOB" easier is ridiculous lol

Yeah I would loveeeeeee each profile could have their own "island" I mean mario games/other games you can create as many games as you want LOL I shouldn't need a brand new SWITCH just to have my own island from my kid LOL! Even if they wanted to limit it to like 3-5 islands ONLY fine...but my goodness what about families that have like 5 kids and the mom wants to play? like they shouldn't be forced to buy extra switch systems for that lol

Haha yeah I did the myer/briggs testing thing a few years back and it said I was an introvert/but most people confuse me with extrovert :) So I can totally see Colorful being introvert too :) Online/real life are different and I'm just a homebody hehe! When I first had my son 17 years ago I wasn't the best with patience LOL! But over the years having to be patient for various kid things and school events and just in general learning to pick my battles with my kiddo really tamped my patience to a very good level lol I'm fine with repeating stuff like my daughter is notorious for being a pest and I'm pretty good about it till like the 10th time and then I snap LOL and its TIME OUT! lol

Oh I haven't been driving much the last few years :P Hubby does most of the driving but now we live in a rural area and I'm sooo grateful not to have to deal with idiot drivers anymore LOL! when we lived in bigger cities it gave me anxiety :P I'm pretty empathetic too and I'm sweet so you for SURE are sweet hehe! :) Just think of us as crunchy/sour on the outside with a sweet filling LOL! And will do on Boss Baby :D she's enjoying a show right now :) I'm sure she'll come bug me in a minute cause I've been sitting down for more than 2 minutes ROFL!

you manage to listen to any good novels while you were off subeta? tell me about them if so! I'm reading something new that may or may not end up being worth it, the first of a five book fantasy novel series. It's called The Ruin of Kings. What I like about it so far is the really complicated narrator setup (there's a main character Kihrin, who's narrating one level of flashback, the monster who is keeping him captive in the 'present' who is narrating another level of flashback to a year or two before Kihrin's narration timeframe, and then a transcriber who leaves footnotes in the 'future' of the 'present' who is transcribing the recording of the two narratives, Kihrin's and the monster's ... and the transcriber is apparently a person Kihrin met in the time period in between the two narratives? Whose father shows up at the beginning briefly, too... so I am guessing they are an important character in a later book. If not later in this first book. I'not even 1/3 of the way through it so it'll be a few years before I read the whole thing I have no doubt... unless I seriously love it and read it sooner 😆

Sorry I've been a bit MIA. I've been under a lot of stress. Mum's sugar levels have continued to plummet at the hospital and I've had to call at midnight, and 4 am to check on her/ have her call the nurse to check her levels. She has needed lots of support and it's been very stressful/draining on me. I haven't had much sleep. She came home yesterday but in order to do it, I've had to find a glucose metre and get it shipped here--but also had to find a way to get one for the night because the one she had was not giving accurate readings and was too dangerous to have a metre you can't trust is accurate. Anyway for over 7 hours yesterday I tried to get a nap but every time I was nearly asleep the phone rang, door bell rang, cat woke me, needed to watch dog, etc. I FINALLY got a short nap at 8pm. It's been a really tough time and I just couldn't even try to reply, sorry.

that sounds literally like torture, the not being allowed to sleep even though you're so tired ☹ I'm glad you were able to have at least a short nap though, & hope you get more sleep soon

oh yes I've done that, given away things I thought my friends would enjoy more than I did from wardrobe. But that's not so much a cleanout (maybe 10 items total I've done that with over time vs the thousands and thousands there are in there)

I see XD yeah usually when I do it its 100's of items, the last time I cleared out like at least 20 pages of wardrobe

Im so sorry yall are dealing with that, has she ever looked into something like the dexcom? I use that and its been wonders better than the testers for me. It reads my blood sugar constantly, so if I even start going down it lets me know before I get to low.

to be honest I prefer when its just hubs and our daughter LOL :P Not that I don't love my stepkids and my son who visit...its just chaos and a lot of work for me so I much prefer the rest of the year when its mellow. I don't blame anyone for not wanting kids haha! I think some of us go into it not realizing WOAH how much work it really is haha :) so I say that anyone that doesn't want them is pretty darn smart LOL (you have time for yourself/always) Hehe :) and yeah freeze dried candy is really fun lol :) its really addicting too buahaha! I get to try new things when I do them (like I just got fruit roll ups today) so I'll be doing freeze dried fruit roll ups AND stuffed fruit roll up (with skittles) LOL! We'll see how it goes :P

it IS really blocky LOL! I don't see what ANY of the kids in our households see in it...but whatever LOL! :P And yeah Stardew Valley is a LOT of fun :) its a bit different than AC but its got more of a have a farm/go fishing/forage/mine/eventually get married etc :P and if you run out of energy from like chopping down trees you'll pass out (you can fix that by "eating" something for energy like fish or stuff you've foraged like mushrooms). I think I have like 3 or 4 different Stardew ones and my 6 year old created like 10 or 20 LOL! But its well worth it/fun :) my 17 year old a few summers ago saw me playing it and he brought his switch the next summer and wanted me to download it for him haha :) so getttttt it!
