Yay!!! I've been a Subetan for 13 years! I need to add another Pherret or Priggle family member to my collection (I only have 16 of 24) I haven't even redeemed my last loyalty box. What a year!

Most of my life has been spent on Subeta, in one form or another....but that is another story entirely.

Hi :) Next year when you accept invites, keep accepting even when you think you are done and any unaccepted dances from this year will come up...that is what happened to me. But next year seems too long to wait :P

Fellow Bears: I wanted to give everyone and update with the situation with my dad. I was finally able to get my father out of the hospital and into an assisted living facility with memory care for his Dementia. We moved him yesterday but went back today to set up his bed for him. We will be going back regularly until we get everything setup in his room, it is just going to take a bit of time to get it all together. He is struggling as it is a very different environment than he is used to. It broke my heart when he told me he felt like he was in prison and that he was going to die there.

In the memory care unit they have things locked down. They can go outside but it is fenced in so they cannot wander. My dad is having a hard time getting used to things as the medication he is taking for his Dementia is working well, so he doesn't realize he would be like the other residents if he were not on the medications. At some point, those medications may not be enough and his Dementia will become worse, he just isn't there yet.

I wanted to thank all who helped me during this time as my time on Subeta was very limited. Hopefully in another week things will calm down. <3

i am glad we have this place with friends to share our happies and sads. You are definitely in a hard spot. Does he know why he is in his new home? We have my inlaws and father to help out too but they are stubborn and will do as they please :).
