Ok, mine first impression was a bad seal, either the pan or the drainplug. It was neither, the lube worker had put an incorrect plug an M12 x 1.5. The correct size is a 1/2 in... This from a place with the resources to inform the employees. Go figure...

hi I have been doing good I had some trees cut down around my house so they didn't fall on them if we had a storm I already had that happen on my shed it's a metal room so it was easy to fix but still a pain in the butt .... I had an ok memorial day weekend to many bad memories

Good you cut down trees near your house. When we bought our house we had a huge mulberry tree near the house. First things we did was cut it down. Turns out mulberry trees are bad for those with allergies. So we did myself and son a favor getting rid of.
