Sumac is really good for when you want to make something more sour but not more wet because all the usual sour things are wet (lemon juice, vinegar, things like that). That's the main reason I use it for.

Also! as you are blind, if you are in the US you can get free audio books from the National Library Service https://www.loc.gov/nls/. Not sure if other countries have this but they might?

I don't even know what he mentioned the flying panties to be honest lmao but it was funny. At least two weeks as that's my next follow up appointment so I guess we'll see how that appointment goes on the 11th. What's making this harder is that, whilst I am allergic to milk I can have small amounts of it thanks to a wonderful paediatrician when I was little, you're not to have ANY milk at all. So that means no pizza, special homemade lasagne, gravy, mac and cheese, cereal, glass of milk, slice of 2% cheddar... all the food I'm able to have as the cheese/milk we use so this is significantly limiting my options for lunches/breakfast and so on. Might need to get some almond milk for the next two weeks or something and have to rework my lunches... At least we use margarine so recipes won't be significantly altered there.

I should have waited until later today to try it but I didn't dream it would be so hard. LOL

- i've tried the library of congress blind person reading program. it's a really good program in theory. you give them a list of authors or books you like and they send you something to listen to. problem i had was that they were sending me books that wwere in the middle of a series or the last book of a trilogy, etc. i don't think i ever got the first book in anything while using the service. rofl 😂 - lol yeah, i now have a chance of finishing the mori/nori achievement since i don't have them backwards any more. 😀 - a male harem, eh? who is this doctor and where can i find him? i have, uh, some foot problems... ahem yeah, that's it! i have some foot problems i need help with... 😂i'm glad you have such a wonderful doctor.❤
