Tofu is good and so versatile. I used to make a salad with it that I totally loved. And an air fryer does cook with minimal oil. It's basically a convection oven. what's that you ask? An oven that blows air all over so foods bake more evenly is my best answer. :-P I feel like a change in weather affects me too but I'm not always aware of it. In Washington state many of our storms are called an Atmospheric river and when we get one it usually means several inches of rain and we have one on the way. When they hit us at this time of year they often cause severe flooding but in the fall when it rains buckets we don't usually have flooding. I'm not sure why that is.

I do remember seeing it in the news about the skins but it confused me as I always associate the skins with Survival.

I'm boring too lol. I had a doctor's apt today. I think it went fairly well. He's a new doctor. my old doc didn't listen to me and kept pushing drugs I didn't want. He also was rude and disrespectful to me.

I'm feeling MUCH better. Yesterday at work I was still a little snotty, but it's much better today. I even felt up to going to the gym this morning! My husband and I have a little date night tomorrow night. We haven't been out in months. Because I was sick I have to work a little bit tonight and a bit tomorrow morning too.
