- a bit of advice from one who's raised 5... my pediatrician told me that he'll eat when he's hungry. put his dinner down where he can reach it and remove the snack options. when he gets hungry enough he'll eat. he won't starve. now, he did tell me to keep him hydrated and to call him if my son went more than 2 dayswithout eating anything. he did stress that children do this to start asserting their independence from their mother and it's not something to worry about. :D ❤

- oh, i'm so derpy from the medicine it's funny. i had to have a nurse help me into the car after the appointment because my leg was numb. trying to walk is like when i'm drunk - 1 leg goes one way, the other leg goes another way, and my torso goes a third direction. oh man am i gonna feel it tomorrow. but, the pain is gone. just like on the right side, the effect was immediate and it should last up to 19 months. oh, glory be! after 7 years i'll be able to walk pain free. :D ❤ :joy derp

Oh thank you <3 This is great advice. We’ve been trying to do that, but it gets to the point where the food has been out too long and I don’t feel it’s safe for him to eat it anymore. But I will keep at it. I got him to eat some fruit today but still no good meal food. He also had snacks because I hate just starving him.

- np ❤ i remember when my 1st and 5th were little. both boys and they would not eat anything at the dinner table. and forget putting them in highchairs. for both i ended up putting a plate with cubed turkey, chopped up carrots, and cubed apples on the coffee table. snacks were put up on high shelves. (ones the little boogers couldn't climb to) and waited. they ignored it on the firsst day. so i put it in the fridge. next morning i put it back out in the same spot. around 3pm i noticed some of it was missing. problem solved. :D if only all their problems could be so easily solved. :D - you're welcome. :D

Oh that’s great! LOL! Right? I wish that was the case with potty training 😂 Tonight I gave him fish sticks and French fries and the new thing I put on his plate was ketchup. He thought about trying it and then was like nahhh. But I read it can take up to 10 tries for them to try something new.

- omg no kidding. potty training is a p.i.t.a.and gender made no difference and what worked for one didn't work for the others. they were all unique experiences. if only we could just put some newspaper down on the floor for them...:laughing i'm glad i'm way past that point. :D ❤ my kids love(d) ketchup. they would finger paint with it. they would go through so much of it we called it their favorite vegetable. lol :D

not well I'm afraid. I've had a terrible migraine all day. so sick and nauseous :/ been laying down most of the day honestly.

I'm so happy I caught the vip opening up again because I've been laying down all day with my migraine. So nauseous and in so much pain

yeah I got a little bit of a nap but have been laying down all day with a really terrible migraine. puppy was good today for what I was around for... about 3 hours of her waking moments lol.

Potty training really is a p.i.t.a. 😂 My son is doing pretty well so far though! He pees in the potty quite a bit, still no poop though. He always comes to me AFTER and says “mommy I poopied” facepalm lol We will get there though. I don’t want to rush him and have him regress. This morning the something new I put on his plate to try was a raspberry. He picked it up and licked it, then didn’t touch it again XD But he sorta tried so I give him credit.

- yeah, a couple of mine did that too. one of my girls would pee in the pot but not poop. she just didn't poop. that girl held it infor 3 days before she finally caved and used the potty.lol you know, he probably licked the raspberry because it has an interesting shape. keep it on his plate and i bet he'll eat it soon. :D ❤

-the proceedure went well. my left lower back is now pain-free. yipee only one problem occurred and that was a funny one too. the numbing medication the doc used went down my left leg. so parts of it were numb. this wasn't discovered until after the proceedure when i had to stand. quickly it became obvious that my left leg wasn't going the same way my right leg was. they offered me a wheelchair bugt being stubborn i declined. should've taken the wheelchair. getting out to the car was ... interesting. the numb leg plus the derpy medicine made me feel and look drunk. luckily the numbing meds wore off quickly and things got back to relative normal.. my lower back doesn't hurt but the areas around it still do. i think it's just soreness from overcompensating for my back. hopefully it'll go away soon. :D no, i didn't get a new skin. since i can't see them there's no point. i did get another delivery of survival flowers, though, and will be dumping them on the memorial. :D ❤
