Hi , I'm posting on behalf of my friend . I made a post about it ">here.
The wardrobe page has been broken for him for the past year and a half. It doesn't matter what browser we use or whether he accesses it from my computer or not, and it's only the wardrobe page. The rest of the site works fine for him.

I can try and reset his avatar to see if that fixes things but if it doesn't then that is the extent of what I can personally do. Get him to try now. If it still doesn't work, have him try a different browser or disable add-ons to see if one of those are affecting the wardrobe.

So wild thing - it fixed the wardrobe but not the forums!
That's fine, because my friend has difficulty reading, just wanted to do the Masquerade with our friends. I'll worry about the forums later, but thank you and thanks from him too!

Oh I cannot fix forums at all. I could only do the wardrobe. Glad I was able to help a bit!

I reset it for you again. Please do not use any outfit that you created before you left the site. That can re-break your avatar.

I cannot access the wardrobe at all I keep getting a blank white page.
Using a Samsung tablet, with most updated version of Firefox.

My avatar is missing the part of their arm when I clear all items. I can't seem to get it to return even when I click on the lower arm toggle. Any suggestions please?
Sorry for the delay! I was on holiday. You are reset now! Welcome back :)
I can clear you avatar if you want but I am not sure what would be causing part of a missing limb. I see that all of them are toggled on so unless there was a cache error and it just took a while to reappear, I would suggest making a separate board.

I sent a ticket and they reset it for me! It seems like it just needed a reset and clear and it's working now!
Pinging you here from the blank wardrobe thread since had a similar issue above. If it persists, maybe send in a ticket asking for a reset as well?
