I am not sure that this is the same issue. This thread is only for blank or unusable wardrobes. But if it is just affecting the avatar preview, that is something different.

Hello, I am a returning user and my avatar base does not load. I am able to dress my avatar, but the base doesn't load.

I'm still having my issue with the avatar base page. This thread tells me explicitly to not post here about these issues (several times over)-- But you did specifically ask for me and the others to come here about it, so I hope it's fine. If it helps, I can mention I am also a returning user after a.. significantly long time away. (A decade? More?) Thank you for the help, though- this has been ongoing since I got back.

I have reset both of your avatars. Please bear in mind that if you have old saved outfits from previous versions of the wardrobe, wearing them may break your wardrobe again. So I would start fresh!

Kavaniia, Bug used to run this thread and they wrote the first post. I edited that part out because it is confusing. Most people that come back with avatar problems have problems with the base tab so yes please post here.

I have reset your HA for you! Please bear in mind that if you have old saved outfits from previous versions of the wardrobe, wearing them may break your wardrobe again. So I would start fresh!

Hello... I'm returning after a number of years and my avatar is broken. I tried taking the background off in the wardrobe but my skin is still gone :I
I'm not familiar with the website anymore and there seems to be a number of changes too so I'm not sure if I'm missing something... Thanks!
Hi ! I just returned to my account after several years and my base tab isn't working in my wardrobe either. I noticed a few others are having similar issues, but I'll share my specs just in case. Thanks!
