I need an avatar reset please... My skin in my avatar has been white for a loooong time.

Hi! I joined a few years back but just started playing today, however I can't load the wardrobe at all. I'm logged in on new.subeta.net as well. My friend and others I've asked are not having this issue at the moment

• I'm getting a completely blank white screen after it says "loading your avatar data", the page does not load partially
• Browser: tried Firefox 108.0 and Chrome 108.0.5359.124
• Operating system: Fedora version 37 (Linux PC) and Android 11 (phone)
• Date & Time noticed: January 7th, around 7:30pm EST and ongoing as of now
• Other pages on new.subeta.net load fine, it's just the wardrobe that won't load for me
• I haven't accessed the wardrobe before and I'm not sure what would have triggered this
