Could we get an update as to whether anything is being done about the issues currently plaguing our beloved Subeta? Many have reported problems, but there is no staff presence, so have no idea what is going on. Thank you ever so much! <3

Broken Avatar. Was working fine yesterday. Added a new Collection item and changed Avatar and now is broken. Wardrobe now says "You must be logged in to view this page" and just keeps spinning.

No image for my avatar. Also keep getting message "you have to be logged in to access Wardrobe". Also wardrobe will not load at all. Here is a Tylenol for the headaches this must be causing you. Sorry!!

Avatar not loading at all! Most outfits not loading at all.
When searching shops hovering not working so can't see items! Some images not showing up in CW shops also! I selll CWs so not ok with this

Since yesterday, after being 'I am not a robot' check. Hovers not showing images. Also https://sapi.subeta.net/ gives SSL handshake failed Error code 525 or 500 Server Error

Also I've been unable to open the wardrobe despite being signed in. Did the usual, log out/in cleared cookies cache etc. tried 3 browsers on the computer and 2 on mobile phone. Also tried mobile data as well as wifi.

Forums struggle to open, repeat reload will work eventually.

I think my image broke after I saved my new HA

The site will not recognize me as signed in for new subeta! I cannot even get to my wardrobe page let alone load anything. I am a long time user not a returning user. No matter how many times I "log in" I am not logged in. and yes, like everyone else, my images are broken all over the site. Thanks!

Not to mention the forums. Nothing will load but posting anyway...

Nothing loading...not Forums and not Wardrobe. Morostide is "supposed" to start in about a week. What are the odds that it is going to be a complete disaster???

Love you staff, i know you're trying your hardest! You can do it. Don't be afraid to be fuckywucky with starting times and overlapping times and lengths and whatnot. It doesn't matter. Who cares if we're sending out throwing things on the bonfire and ToTing at houses? It's fine.

It's been a while since my avatar displayed, so I'm guessing it's busted. I also experienced some weirdness while trying to use the wardrobe.

I am finding there are a lot more times today, where the wardrobe will not load. I am getting "You must be logged in.....", yet I am already logged in. This has rectified itself so far, by refreshing several times. But I am also noticing a lot of broken image links in a lot of items, while hovering, so not sure if we are experiencing a similar issue as before, or if it's something new. I realize that this is not a true "wardrobe is not usable," but just wanted someone to be aware of the issue, before it gets worse. Please disregard if this is not appropriate, and thank you so much. <3<3

[edit] also having forum loading problems, so unsure if all these are related. Chrome/Firefox/Linuc -Ubuntu all current updates Laptop and began noticing these concerns around 5pm Subeta time to current

Started happening to me too tonight. First it said I had to be logged in, I refreshed because I am logged in and now it just keeps loading and loading.

long time inactive user here, came back, tried to convert, and nothing shows up. A few times I can sometimes see my Avatar missing her hair, but nothing I click on works at all, which is to say it's not just limited to the hair that's not working.

also sometimes getting a "you must be logged in" when I am very clearly logged in.

my HA and everyone else's are fine on both chrome and firefox, but new subeta is broken and perpetually "Loading your avatar data" with the endless spinning circle.

it won't load the wardrobe whatsoever :((

Having the same problem as Helly with continual loading of the data. Worked fine a few hours ago. Am on Chrome with Windows 10. (Also tried it on Microsoft Edge. I can make it into the wardrobe there, but then the items continually load.)
