We actually got snow and freezing weather here in Texas. Everyone worrying about driving in it, and I think what a bunch of amateur drivers. I learned to drive and get driver license as a teenager in Montana. Driver instructor must have hated his life, part of driving took us driving up and down mountains.

Wow Congratulations on catching BHH item! I kept checking for new items released or items I didn't get yet in BHH. Not like the old days grab whatever showed up, and adding to item count for achievement. I dont even know how long it took me tossing snowballs to get to last tier. But I do collect snowballs all year to help, when we are allowed to toss them. HUGS I know and knowing all the lairbears are taking care of themselves and their family gives me a piece of mind.

I kinda did give up for many years, but was kinda inspiring :3 So now I randomly head over there when doing my daily wander around the world (explore). ^_^

It has since snowed again here. I'm excited for myself, but praying for those out in it. I think it's supposed to get Up to 30 or 33 Fahrenheit today, but right now it's like 7-13 degrees with a wind chill that makes it feels like -5 degrees. Yikes. I don't know if I could learn to drive like that with the hills and on mountain roads. This time around everyone stayed off the highways, so there weren't too many people on the roads here. The sun came out today, so at least it will warm up a teeny bit.

It did snow some more for a few hours yesterday and now the sun is shining outside. I'll bundle up the kiddo later and play outside in the afternoon.

Last week's shop had been cancelled, zo tomorrow's should be the start of the core material of the course. I should look into the book about the next chapter.

The car I'm driving after my old is not without it's problems. The easiest is the inner and outer tie rod ends. But there are plenty of issues mine cannot address, like the airbags...

Guess what? I woke up today no plans except make breakfast. I didn’t get far in my thoughts you can tell. I got a new fur baby playmate for Ronnie aka Runty McGee. As you know we had 2 others dogs that just didn’t work out with Ronnie. Well Kate is 5 months old, and they are getting along wonderfully. I am so happy I was holding my breath initially. Kate is pit bull terrier mix. She is black and white like Ronnie they look like littermates.

That's great! Dogs are happier with other dogs, usually. Do you have a picture?

You can see her sister Snow white on our humane society page. We almost took her sister, but discovered her sister was having an issue with her hind leg from hip area. So we got Jasmine aka Kate, If I didnt have Ronnie I would have taken them both. My son and I actually brought the hip issue up to the workers, it only took us a few minutes to notice issue. So they took Snow white off adoption list, so vet could check out her hip. Ronnie and Kate became buddies quickly, we feel better about Kate with Ronnie then the other 2 dogs we tried adopting. Kate is 5 months and hasnt learned aggressive behavior toward other dogs yet. Yes, we just really loved the name Kate so we kept it in mind to use. They are really getting along, and playing good with each other. Ronnie had practice playing with smaller dogs/puppies due to younger son's mini doxies.

Anyone ever fallen asleep mid-afternoon, woken up from a nightmare, fallen asleep again a few hours later, unable to go to bed on time then and stay up until after 5 am, then get only five more hours of sleep....? :3 And now I feel I have the mental zoomies... might've been the coffee...

congratulations on the bread! I love random events. well Ronnie and Kate played until they were exhausted and now I am buried in a pile of sleeping pups. Kate is a good match for Ronnie it took 3 tries to get the right one. For now they are the same size. I hope Kate doesn’t get to much bigger.

Every group was to remove a transmission from a vehicle, though none could within the shop hours.

Should we be assigned this again, mine can bring some extra tools that can make the job a little easier.

Yes, disassembling the drivetrain of a Chrysler 300 has its steps. Our instructor wanted a group to work on a RWD. Mine did learn the subtlety of modern cars. When the time comes I could better my efforts.
